This property was stunning! Spacious and clean, with beautiful windows and an immaculate back yard area perfect for hanging out and lounging. We loved our stay and felt well taken care of by our host!

Cozy Condo was right on point! We felt very comfortable staying here and would love to stay here again on our journey back to Modesto! Emily was very responsive anytime I had a question and made us feel right at home. Thanks for letting us stay at the Cozy Condo!

More than what I expected honestly. the beds were comfy, the house itself was spacious with a cute little patio in the back with a fire pit for the chilly evening. Highly recommend and if I'm ever in Turlock again, I would definitely come here again!

Very clean and spacious home with pool and fire-pit. We were 3 families of 8 adults and we truly had a blast staying at Rashad's abode.

Great house and location. We appreciated having the coffee maker in the morning. There are some very basic kitchen utensils for a simple breakfast, such as cereal or eggs. There are plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. If you like making large complex meals, plan accordingly. Carlos was extremely responsive, the house is spotless and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The master bedroom was very large! We would book here again in the future.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip to see family over Easter. I saw a review that this place isn’t kid-friendly - I respectfully disagree! There are no bathtubs and that could be a drawback, but otherwise I just moved anything breakable up and away from my toddler with the host’s permission (she contacted me when I booked to double check that I was ok with the less-than-kid-friendly environment - probably due to that previous review). The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a ways outside of town, with a great yard and back patio we took full advantage of. It was spotless and comfy, lots of space for my family of three + my parents. We so enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again!

We had a soccer tournament and decided to stay here. Greta location next to the soccer complex. Big house with lots of space. 4 room 2 bathroom plus a ”man cave”. Nice safe neighborhood. Would stay here again if we come back.
