Monthly Rentals in Cedar Rapids

Fabulous downtown view, light and bright. Large and spacious on a quiet street. Plenty of off street parking. Loved it!

I stayed in the cozy room, which is the smallest of the three available spaces. Even so, it was perfect. I had my own TV, fan, and mini fridge. The shared bathroom was rarely shared as there's a half bath near the other upstairs space, and I assume the basement space has its own full bath. Sheryl and Gordon are great, and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

It was great the only thing I recommend is a new shower head maybe a detachable one that has more pressure, other than that the stay was great

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and felt very private. The backyard was huge, which was perfect for our dogs to enjoy, and we were so thankful to find a pet-friendly place like this. The hosts were responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We'd definitely stay here again!
