The house is so cute and the fenced in yard was great for our pup! They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and chairs for the beach! We would definitely stay again!

We were coming to Stella for Christmas to be with relatives and this space was not only in the same neighborhood as them, but was exactly what we needed. The fenced yard for our dog was so helpful and the house was beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Everything you need and more to cook, relax and enjoy.

Andy has a wonderful place, loved the decor. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in away from home. recommend for any with back issues. everything was clean and lots of little extras. Thank you.

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

My family and I loved the whole house and the golf cart. We traveled all the way from Illinois and felt right at home along with our dog Ella. This was both our two daughter’s first time at the beach/ocean and the house was a quick trip to the beach using the provided golf cart and we all loved our rooms. Emerald Isle is a beautiful place and would love to visit again.

Home was perfect for our family. Getting to the beach was a breeze with the included golf cart. Home was perfectly laid out and included all of the baby essentials (pack-n-play, high-chair, baby gates). The optional grocery service was also a nice added perk. Haylee was a very responsive and great communicator. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

The house was perfect and the fenced yard for the puppies even better! Less than an hour to the beaches that are also dog friendly! Super comfy king bed, we slept great! Very nice touch, stocked pantry and coffee pods. Easy check in and great communication! Will definitely stay here again!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

Great place with a lot of privacy and spacious rooms! Loved the area and recommended things to do around the area- sand dollars island was an awesome experience. The place needed a few fixes such as microwave handle that were communicated during our stay but overall would stay again!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Mallory & John were both very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our check in needs and questions throughout the stay. The home was clean and well equipped. Perfect for my family and only 10 mins from the beach! The kids loved the pool and backyard space for fishing, running around and relaxing in the hammocks. My only suggestion would be to pack bug spray for the back yard since you are near the lake (the mosquitoes loved us!) and to be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride into the neighborhood as there are many potholes in the gravel road leading up to the house. Not a complaint and not the hosts fault of course. Just want to help! We would stay here again :)

it was the perfect setting for our family vacation with our adult children and their significant others. In fact, it was the perfect back drop on the dock for my son to propose to his girlfriend! wonderful memories here! peaceful and beautiful setting and short drive to the beach.

The pictures and description don’t do this home justice! Beautifully decorated and all the amazing little touches were above and beyond our expectations! Kim was so helpful, accommodating, flexible and just all around wonderful to rent from! Our dog loved the back yard and Kim even had extra blankets, towels and bowls for him! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Perfect location for attending the yearly Mullet Festival, except the parking; had to park our vehicle in another area to be able to come and go when we wanted too, during our 4days stay. Would have been better if there was a cook stove, but we managed. We brought an electric skillet. On a good note, nice hot showers and a very cozy comfy bed!

Wow! We loved this lil Airbnb just as much as all the other guests! The views are amazing and we saw baby dolphin and rays and caught a variety of fish from the dock.Lots of activity in this waterway! Ie.Jumping fish. This is such a beautiful spot for a weekend getaway!!! We have already booked a return trip! Cheryl has outdone herself!

The shack is a great place to stay, the neighborhood is very peaceful while being just a few minutes from everything! The house is very well kept, everything is clean and very organized! Joshua is a very attentive host, he was happy to answer any questions I had and was fast at responding! This place is 10/10, Are family will definitely be back!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Very quiet and close to beach and everything else. The door lock battery was low and I notified them and they were there the next morning to change batteries. Very responsive. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is amazing and the views are stunning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and great kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!

It was a very comfortable quiet location. We loved our stay in this camper, the host really put personal touches into it. We would definitely stay again.
