Great place to stay , quiet, clean, very accommodating

Aaron and Meggan at Beach Please somehow made the trip to NCI with 3 kids easy. Meggan communicated early and often to make sure we packed necessities and then left the rest at home because they really have it all waiting for you there. The kids could paddle board right from the unit and ran into manatees each time. Watching the sunrise each morning from the porch was a highlight. Access to both pools on the island was unique to this rental and a huge bonus for our kids. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!

Federico was amazing! he went above and beyond when we had a minor emergency with our 3-year-old daughter and helped us get some medications (and a humidifier!) for her on the mainland without us ever having to leave the island. he was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about his place or the island. The space was very kid friendly and though it is a shared Deck with the house next door we hardly even saw or heard from The neighbors. oh and because it's not completely obvious from the listing you do not have to share the hot tub with the other house. There is one at each house. also, the description is a one minute walk to the beach probably needs to be updated given that there is now houses backyards you have to walk through if you take the most direct route. Other than that the area underneath the house was wonderful for our kids to play in when we weren't at the beach and the 6 person golf cart was just big enough for our party of five. A+ highly recommend

Thomas’s Captiva home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! It had everything imaginable to make our stay a huge success. The kids loved all the wildlife, the large selection of beach toys, books, toys, and games. The beach itself was stunning, and it was never busy or crowded like all other beaches we have been to. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!!
