House vacation rentals in Cavelossim

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Very beautiful, clean house, will many antique pieces used for home decor. Carmine makes sure to message you well in advance with the details of the place. Dr. Cajy and his family hosted us, and they're wonderful people. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

we came with family of 12 . Praful was very responsive always helpful and professional in our 3 days stay, breakfast was amazing. we cooked for few meals as couple of our family members were ill due to outside food we had. One day maid helped in cooking dal and rice which was extremely helpful. overall very peaceful place to stay with family with very close to main road , restaurants. thanks again Praful and their staff for maintaining the property so well.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Pinheiro. Ashok who is the local host was helpful and responsive. You have an on site housekeeper (well we had 2 by the end of the stay as one was leaving soon to get married) who will cook you breakfast in the mornings and even babysat one night so me and my husband could go out for a meal. The place is lovely! The pool is on the smaller side but a good size for our family to plunge in when the heat got a bit much. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happy stay there again!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Saheel's property is the perfect getaway for people seeking riverside bliss. He is a great host and is very proactive, and the property itself is great value for money. The view is fantastic and everything was spotless. The surrounding area gets very dark at night (fewer streetlamps), so that's a thing to consider for some people but not an issue for us (it's still very safe).

Beautiful place to stay for our small family. We loved the open spaces and airy feel. Nice decor and a great spot close to restaurants etc. would highly recommend
