Vacation rentals with beach access in Catanzaro

Marie was our saviour, having taken us in at the last minute after another booking fell through. Despite the late request, she was able to get the place in order super quick so that we had a safe place to land and enjoy the rest of our time in Tropea. The place itself is clean and well stocked. It couldn’t be better situated in the heart of old town. It overlooks a buzzing central square that is great for people watching. To top it all off, Marie’s partner gave us a lift to the train station. Great stay overall. Bravo. Merci!

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

This was our first trip to this area and we hope to return. The location of Angelo’s place was an excellent base to explore the area. We enjoyed the beach below and did some snorkelling with lots of fish. We did not require much from Angelo while there but when we did he responded promptly and was very friendly. We would highly recommend Angelo’s place!

Very well maintained accommodation with an amazing roof terrace - super equipped, great view, absolutely quiet, partially covered, enough space to relax. The pictures show everything - exactly as described, great for feeling good!

The flat is lovely and has everything one might need. It is just a short walk away from the beach/sea, center of town and supermarket. Francesco was a lovely host, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations- would highly recommend il convivio! Would definitely stay there again!

Location was perfect for enjoying the beach, the town’s architectural charm, and spectacular views of the sea. Lisa and Elio shared some history of the building and their connection to it. You won’t find nicer or more conscientious hosts than Lisa and husband Elio. My suitcase handle had broke and she collected us from the train station and took us back on departure day. We found the apartment to be quiet, clean, compact and very well maintained. The 3 large grocery stores are about a 15-minute walk. For some reason they're clustered together; about 30 second walk from each other. Shower was fine but a bit of a tight fit. We appreciated the coffee, kitchen towel, olive oil, vinegar, lemons, dish soap, and bathroom soaps that was provided. Very nice of them to provide a large bottle of water as it is not recommended to drink the tap water in Tropea.

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Antonella's residence has all the comforts possible and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

+ All good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen available.

It was beautiful, communication with Silvio was great. He was always quick to answer questions and problems and helped us. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Clean and well-equipped villa located in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea. Comfortable beds. We had a very good time. Thanks and see you next time :)

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

Incredible place, exactly as announced and extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and it is beautiful as in the pictures. The place is close to an amazing view, good restaurants and the main beach. I highly recommend this place.

I had a pleasant stay and I can say that I really enjoyed it. The property is cozy and well located, perfect for those who want to enjoy some tranquility without straying too far from the area's main attractions. The house was spacious, clean and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Another strong point of the B&B was the hospitality. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at home! In general, I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed place for a relaxing getaway.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable and quiet place. Ample space outside with a small garden perfect even for the evening. Perfect location between Tropea and Capo Vaticano. We hope to be back soon

Comfortable apartment only flaw that has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise, very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. Definitely GO BACK.
