Vacation rentals with beach access in Catanzaro

This was our second stay at Piero's and we were hosted very well again. The apartments are nice, clean and in a good location. Piero is a very responsive and accommodating host.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

We had a beautiful vacation at the Gherly residence. The area is very nice and gives you the opportunity to vary the beaches. Gherly and his family were impeccable hosts who were always attentive to our needs.

Giuseppe was an excellent host. We reserved place at last minute because our previous reservation was horrible. Giuseppe was gracious and accommodating. Apartment was in a quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone!!

My partner and I are traveling for two months (while working) and it's been our best experience with Airbnb. We've never had such a lovely host. He gave us clear instructions for check-in, but welcomed us in person and showed us the best places to eat and tips for getting around the city. I was ill and, not only wrote to ask if I had got better, but also helped me buy medication. The house was far from the noise and movement of the center, which we loved, but we were still very close and went out to eat in the city - which is gorgeous, we left completely in love. We spent the morning on the beach, worked from the apartment in the afternoon and went out for a walk in the evening. We want to have the opportunity to go back on vacation and enjoy the city more. Thank you for hosting us, Pasquale. You were sensational and we loved your space.

We liked Gabriele's apartment very much. Clean, spacious, terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is located in a vacation home area and at the beginning of May there is nothing going on, no neighbors, no restaurants, no beach cafes. Also in the area, a lot is still closed, only in Tropea or Pizzo are there more people. If you want some life, you should drive a little later.

Modern and very clean furnished apartment , right by the beach/sea. Views are sensational. Francesco is a very friendly host who goes out of his way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. He always has an open ear for questions and requests. Highly recommended!

Easy and great for the price. Only needed one night before flight and was easy to get to airport from there.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

Paradise place, 1980s/1990 what a lovely place to be! Hot outside shower, BBQ works well and every day with your feet in the sand for breakfast and or lunch. Rightly a super host, thank you Rino 😎

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️

Excellent hospitality, very helpful staff, everything in order, clean and in working order. i recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in tranquility and a stone's throw from the sea in a quiet area. family-friendly location with young children given the comforts of home.

The house is located in a nice, quiet and wild area, very close to the beach and the apartment is very spacious and very welcoming! The views are spectacular, with the sea at the front and the mountains at the rear. Looking forward to going back! We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended for a lovely, relaxing and peaceful vacation!!

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
