Sonia and Paulo were the perfect hosts. They greet you on the highway to take you up to their hillside retreat! Once you arrive you are personally taken through the home and showed how to use all amenities! We were greeted with wine, fresh bread, tomatoes, coffee, milk, butter, juices, water! Other breakfast items so no real need to get groceries after a long day of traveling. The bed was so comfy I thought I was in my own house. The outdoor space and grounds are impeccable. We walked and picked some fruit on the grounds. It was too cold in February for the pool but it was ready if we needed. Anything we needed was taken care of. What lovely people. We followed all recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores and sites. Our stay was too short. We were very sad to leave this beautiful place and beautiful hosts. Book it! You will be so happy!

We had a fantastic holiday in a fantastic house. The house is great, below Gerace. You have a fantastic view and in Gerace you will find everything you need in a short distance. The house was very stylishly furnished, we felt very comfortable. The hosts are super helpful and very friendly. They gave us very great tips for restaurants and the surrounding area. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't get started better. The very clean structure is very tidy and has the highlight in the very comfortable garden and pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the stain, the center or businesses are nearby. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

This is a dream house in a dream location. I wish we could have staid longer. Big rooms, everything brand new, a wonderful garden, fantastic views, and total privacy with no neighbors. Carlo speaks perfect English and gave us a warm welcome and took great care of us. We hope to come back soon.

Giuseppe’s brother Antonio and his girlfriend Michelle were both incredibly helpful and made our stay very special. We were gifted with a bottle of delicious wine and home baked goods. The kitchen was stocked with basics and we could enjoy cafe espresso every morning. The outdoor terrace was shared with another apartment next door but it was never an issue and we could also dry our clothes from the beach out on racks on the terrace. We had a beautiful view of Tropea and the sea. The apartment was clean and breezy, with a fan in both bedrooms and a kitchen we could cook meals in. We were very close to the beautiful Riaci beach, and Antonio told us the quieter areas. He also kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, and drove us to nearby Tropea one day. There is a great local shop near the apartment for fresh supplies. We stayed for 4 nights and it really felt like home! Grazie Antonio e Michelle!

With the help of Donatella, the English-speaking, enchanting wife of Salvatore, and his spontaneous help, we easily found his house. It is wonderfully located with a fantastic view over the bay of Caminia, just as it looks in his photos on AirBnB. We were very happy and spent wonderful weeks of vacation. The apartment is spacious and beautiful and practically furnished. The welcome was very warm with wine and fresh cookies. There are old tile floors everywhere. There was nothing missing. When we couldn't find a kettle that we actually need as a tea drinker, Donatella brought us a new one the next day! When the water in the shower ran out of pressure after a storm, Salvatore was able to fix it the same day. The path to the small beach is within walking distance. We soon got used to a steep stretch of the way. The water was gorgeous. We left grateful and happy.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

The hosts were very helpful and responsive and the facilities were better than my expectations

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic location to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful airplane. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very cozy private garden. Rosa has always been a host with all our requests and information.

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!
