Das Haus liegt schön privat und ruhig. Mehrere Möglichkeiten Sitzgelegenheiten zu wechseln wegen Wind, Regen oder Sonne. Sehr schöner Hausstrand. Ca. 5 min mit dem Auto. man kann auch zu Fußen an Wasser. Ca. 5 min. Dort jedoch nur Felsen. Sehr kleiner Ort mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten (kein Frischfisch), in denen es fast alles gibt und zu normalen Preisen. Zu einem Supermarkt Conad, Crai oder EuroSpin min. 30 min. Fahrzeit (das fand ich schade). Um woanders hinzukommen immer erst über den Pass am Berg. Geht schnell ist jedoch immer ein Akt. Im etwas größeren Ort Tertenia gibt es ein Fischgeschäft. Abends ist nichts los, wo man hingehen könnte. Da wir Mitte September da waren sind viele Restaurants nicht mehr offen. Im Haus selbst sollten lediglich die Sitzpolster mal erneuert werden. Die leiden schon wenn sie das ganze Jahr draußen sind. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Tolles Haus.

Myself and girlfriend have just returned from a week long stay at S’Abba Blu, the apartment is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, spacious beyond belief with all the facilities you could need if you wish to self cater. The two terraces are amazing with one overlooking the salt lakes, Sella Del Diavolo,beach and Marina, the other looking in the direction of the city but also with views of the lighthouse and gun turret. The bathroom deserves a mention as it is outstanding with a superb shower. There’s lots around the area with bars and restaurants down by the beach and also more dotted around the main road and local back streets in the other direction, there is also a great supermarket 5 minutes walk away called SuperPan. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk with with buses direct into city.We can highly recommend Poetto beach and Cagliari as a great vacation destination with S’Abba Blu being a wonderful base for both the beach and wider travels and Simone and Tara are the perfect hosts!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Great stay. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. Some beach toys, chairs and an umbrella are also available which is great for kids. Great terrace to enjoy breakfast with ocean view and the morning sun. Very good communication with the owner! Very friendly and super responsive. Would certainly return.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico e la descrizione di Simone come superhost è azzeccatissima!. Molto gentile attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste . La casa è come descritta ideale per famiglie e vicinissima al mare . Ci siamo trovati benissimo ..ed è uno di quei posti dove ci tornerei volentieri.

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Die Villa von Barbara ist perfekt und in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, wir genossen einen fabelhaften Mehrgenerationen-Urlaub. Wir können die Gastgeberin und die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Familienferien , 3 Generationen, genügend Platz, alles Nötige vorhanden, Lage des Hauses spektakulär, 5 tolle Strände zu Fuss erreichbar, klare Infos, Meersicht und Meeresrauschen -- ein wahrerTraum!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette superbe maison. Le logement est magnifique (fidèle aux photos), propre, très fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement équipé. L’extérieur est très beau, très bien entretenu. Et la piscine… superbe (et chauffée !). Stefano est très sympathique et très réactif, il répond immédiatement à la moindre question et se soucie sincèrement du bien être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ;-) Merci encore et à très bientôt

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, es ist etwas ganz Besonderes!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Minimarkt war fußläufig erreichbar. Silvia war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Handyman Salvatore war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert ohne zu stören. Das Ferienhaus war sehr abgelegen und für Sightseeing braucht man ein Auto.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Plenty of room for 6 people- 16/20 year old children, who both brought a friend, plus my husband and I. They spent loads of time in the pool, which is plenty big enough for a swim. The property has beautiful grounds, with different areas so when the kids were being nosy in the pool, there is space to move away from them. Nearest beach was a 10 min walk and the property provided a portable beach umbrella which was useful. Definitely needs a car, to get to local shops. All in all, we gave it a collective 9/10 (other reasons not related to the property brought it down!)for our holiday in Sardinia, and definitely would like to go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto
