Detached villa 100 meters from the beach, in the beautiful setting of Costa Rei, where white sand, crystal clear sea and lots of relaxation await you. The house, surrounded by a garden on three sides (equipped with an outdoor shower), consists of a living room with kitchenette, from which you can access the loft that houses a bedroom with a 140 cm French bed. Completely restored 7.5m 1970s caravan, the price indicated is for 2 people and a child. With internal bathroom, insulated with cork and marine wood, external refrigerator, kitchen, double bed and dining room, equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryer, pots, dishes, coffee maker, all under a large mimosa tree, shower with electric water heater, private parking in the shade under the same tree. We have 1 very good large dog, no dogs allowed.
