An amazing beautiful place with lovely host who were willing to help out. Was exactly how it showed on the listing with stunning views. Lovely recommendations. Was very step to get to but after a couple of times was easier and hosts sent over easier ways to arrive and the place.

Very clean, nicely decorated apartment. Great safe location. Host provides coffee etc for your stay. Please note that you can hear EVERYTHING through the thin walls. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. You can hear toilets flushing and turning on of faucets from neighbors through the night. Other than that the stay is perfect.

Martin and Nadja were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The house is immaculate, newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely location by the lake and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry. Delicious food at local restaurants and cafes recommended by Martin and Nadja. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

We were completely happy with the place in Gavirate. As a family we had plenty of space, direct access to the garden and the apartment has everything you need incl. Entertainment material for the kids. The location is quiet and perfect for us as a base for excursions in the area around Varese. We did not meet Matteo on site, but communication with him was straightforward and helpful.

It’s a magic place! If I could put 10 stars I would! Tastefully decorated, lots of charm, absolutely stunning views. Mattia and her family left us so many tasty surprises, that was sooo touching. The house itself is done with love and care for the guests with the attention to all the little details.. We absolutely adored the place. Please, take good care of it if it is your own or better, it’s a jewel!

The apartment was very nice, warm, clean and tidy. Aldo was a great host. Note: For those with heavy bags, we had a problem with the elevator. It was out of service and we had to walk a long distance. Other than that, the apartment was great.

What a lovely place! The views waking up in the morning is something else! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here and the little village of Berinno, it was everything expected it to be and more! Would certainly recommend especially for parking and views!

Very nice and well-maintained place. Charming small apartment furnished with care and warmth. Very nice three windows, the ceiling and very comfortable bed. Clean and very comfortable environment. Top location. Exquisite and available host. My new spot is Milan.
