A clean apartment in a beautiful area that acted as a great base to discover the cities of the Italian north.

Mirko's apartment was perfect for my needs related to the polyclinic. It could easily be reached on foot from the house with a short walk. The house is basic but really comfortable.

Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb!! It was awesome! You will not be disappointed. Paola and Luca were so helpful, always. They were sooooo nice! They called a taxi for us and held onto our luggage after checkout until we were ready to go to train station. Just so very accommodating! The apartment was very large and comfortable. Bed was great! Everything was super clean! It was in a great area close to everything, very walkable. They thought of everything ….even had disposable slippers for after shower. And fruit and some toast & jam and bottled water available among all the other necessities needed in the kitchen. It was perfect! We could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Paola & Luca!

Fabio was a great host, super helpful. The apartment is in the middle of everything, makes it very easy to get around. Glad we stayed there.

This was the most beautiful and large space. The house can easily comfortably accommodate 5 people, the view from the terrace is lovely of Chiara’s Gardens and all rooms including the bathroom are massive. On our arrival she held a space for us to park our car and greeted us with the warmest welcome. She checked on us if we wanted breakfast and left us so much (snacks, rice, teas, and so many products to use). We have travelled so many places and stayed at accommodation but usually they are stingy - Chiara was very generous and exceeded our usual expectations. Not only this, she also helped us for dinner with so many suggestions when we were struggling on the national holiday. The recommendation was incredible. This stay did not feel like a holiday, it felt like home! All thanks to Chiara our first time in Italy was amazing.

There are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, which is very modern and new feeling. Our new favorite ristorante is only a 1 minute walk from the front door, La Forchetta! A Michelin restaurant. Also L’Altro for cappuccino and cornetto or quiche/kisch in the morning. Wonderful food and experience. Nicola and his family have a great location, about 20 minute walk from train station near centro. Grazie!

Brilliant AirBnB in the heart of Modena. Spacious, light and airy with the advantage of an inviting outdoor roof space. Alberto was super responsive and very helpful. Great bike storage too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's place in Parma! The apartment is stylishly decorated and stocked with everything you might need. Especially the bed – and especially the pillows – were incredibly comfortable! We would have imagined the terrace a little differently, as it gets little light and is right next to the garbage cans. Parma offers many other beautiful places to sit outside and enjoy the flair of the city. Overall a very pleasant stay – thank you, Raffaella!

This is a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location only a short walk from the historic centre of Bologna. Clean and elegantly furnished, it’s like staying in a home rather than a holiday let and somewhere we looked forward to coming back to after a day of sightseeing, especially to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine. Christina and Carolina were charming and super helpful hosts - always quick to respond to messages and help with booking taxis etc. It really was the most perfect place to stay whilst visiting Bologna.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

A very quiet and safe residence. Easy parking. Reasonable space. You can do laundry, which is very convenient. Self-check-in is also a highlight.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. This beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge apartment is ideally located near wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Having secure, private parking for our rental car was a big plus. Communication with co-host Francesca was excellent— she was responsive and helpful throughout. This gorgeous apartment looked just like the photos and offered plenty of space to unwind from our busy touring schedule. Virtual key access worked wonderfully too. Highly recommended. We would love to return soon.
