Loved what Francesco did with the place, simple but comfortable and very authentic. Both our hosts were very friendly, we felt welcome and at home. The place is halfway up the mountain. We had a very big rental car , I would recommend a smaller car but we managed.

Angela was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay, the house and surroundings were even more beautiful than in the picture and we felt at home. Angela was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We came with our 1.5 year old daughter that Angela brought her a bath we even had a small vespa (bimba) in the house that our daughter could play with!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria Rosa's! She was incredibly helpful even on arrival – we got lost, and she picked us up without further ado. Throughout the stay, she was always available, but always reserved, so you had absolute peace and privacy. The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and had a very special charm that we immediately took to heart. The view was amazing and the sea was just a stone's throw away. At this time of year, we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves – fantastic! Other cities, activities and destinations are also easily accessible by car. So if you are looking for peace and relaxation, but do not want to miss out on small adventures, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We just spent two wonderful weeks at Gioiosa tide up the hill just ten minutes drive from the sea in a house that is a real gem . Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation. Breathtaking views and very cool nights ( in each room a fan but never used!!). Great location for those who want to get around and visit wonderful places. Thank you very much to Mr. Angelo always available by phone and to his cousin Tindaro who welcomed us with warmth and was always punctual in giving us as much information as possible . As soon as he arrived, he took us to the house to show us the best way to travel with any type of car. We really hope to be back soon..
