Pietro's house was a really nice experience. Cozy and perfectly equipped, it made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. Every detail was designed for the well-being of the guests, from modern comforts such as the TV with Internet connection to the carefully prepared breakfast, which allowed us to start the day in the best possible way. The intimate and quiet atmosphere helped create a perfect environment for relaxing. In addition, Pietro was super kind and helpful, always ready to respond to our every request and make us feel at home. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place.

What a gem! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, has all possible kitchen equipment, we poked a great variety of meals, there’s extra linen, 2 lovely bathrooms, great showers, lots of storage. Gorgeous Mountain View from living room Bakery behind house was great, the neighbours next door (bakery factory) made us a beautiful birthday cake. Garage and boot room for parking and skis was excellent and made going skiing with 4 young children much easier. We got takeaway pizza from the nearby restaurant twice, it’s nice. Extra parking over road is great. It’s very secure, very quick and easy to get up the mountain to passo tonale for skiing if you have small children who can’t do steep runs to ponte, there’s free parking up there, otherwise 2 min drive to town and ski lifts in ponte. We were guests for 5 days in Roberto's lovely apartment, inside a well-kept condominium: the loft was as described and all the necessary amenities were present, including a Smart TV that with a child sometimes saves your evening😅. Small kitchen but equipped with everything you need, even a mini table dishwasher! Bathroom with shower and a washing machine, in short everything you need for a short stay. Very warm apartment. Roberto was immediately friendly and responsive in communications and was able to give us great tips for a relaxing day since the weather did not allow skiing! The ski lifts are within walking distance by doing a little uphill workout, otherwise by car they are about 2 minutes away. Overall, I would definitely call the experience positive!

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye!
