This apartment is nothing short of spectacular in every way possible! Between the stunning high ceilings, incredible location, and views from both roof tops patios, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Rome.This is the type of apartment that can make a great trip to Rome a truly unforgettable one. We couldn’t recommend this place anymore. When we return to Rome, we will absolutely stay again.

Stefano's apartment is really nice, right in the historic center, on two levels, functional and complete with all the comforts. It is very nice and clean, and you can walk around the alleys of the historic center. Once parked, we no longer took the car and visited Tivoli always on foot, and it was worth it. Stefano was very kind to prepare the accommodation for us a few hours in advance and was always available. For those who want to visit Tivoli, we highly recommend your apartment!

Gorgeous place and the view 😍 Luigi was so responsive, with arranging a transfer to airport and even helped us with our luggage to the room. We ran into him and his wife getting gelato and they are truly the sweetest couple. They made you feel like friends. The apartment was so clean and they spared no detail decorating and preparing for guests. The photos do not do the home justice. Everyone was in awe of the home and of course the view. He was the best host we’ve ever had and cannot wait to book another trip to Rome. We will definitely plan our dates around this flats availability. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful home and incredible location. The interior was very comfortable and easy to settle in to. We really enjoyed being able to open the large windows and hear the sounds of the hustle and bustle below, yet they were thick enough that closing them blocked nearly all noise at night. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying Rome for all its glory!

Adelaide has set up an apartment where you don't feel like a guest in a stranger's home, but leaves room for every guest due to her stylish and at the same time reserved character. This is something that not many dominate. The distance to Rome and larger towns was very pleasant for us, as we were able to enjoy the tranquility and yet were in Tivoli within thirty minutes and a little later in Rome, where there is comparatively very cheap parking, for example at the Re di Roma square. In the summer it is certainly particularly pleasant to be in the apartment, as the very thick old walls should have a wonderful cooling effect. For the winter, there are heaters in all rooms, which according to Roman / Italian laws may only be turned on at a certain time. In summer, warm spring and winter I can absolutely recommend this really very nice apartment with a very friendly landlady!

This place is amazing! Check-in was straightforward and with clear instructions. The place was spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. The host is the most responsive host we have experienced thus far and always very kind. The view from the apartment is really nice and the coliseum is right there! We loved staying here and appreciated the attention to details from our host!

We wanted to go to Rome for our honeymoon and this airbnb was absolutely perfect. The area is beautiful with lovely restaurants and friendly neighbors. You can walk to the Ostia Antica Archaeological site and the train station which you can take to the metro and into the center of Rome. There’s also a grocery store across the street if you need anything. Veronica was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. We stayed 8 days and it was amazing, we saw so many amazing sites and there’s still so many more to see. We felt right at home even though it was our first trip to Europe and Veronica made that possible. The Ostia Antica area was peaceful and perfect to get away from the busy central area of Rome but close enough to get to all the museums and famous sites we wanted to see easily. We miss Rome already and hope to go back someday, we would definitely choose this Airbnb again given the choice!

Leah is wonderful! Simone was also amazing! The house was immaculate, peaceful and even better than the pictures. It was very cozy. We can’t wait to go back!
