We stayed two days at this facility. Very friendly and helpful hosts, they also gave us tips on what to visit in the area! Clean place and as described...highly recommended!

We stopped for a weekend to see Viareggio's carnival, which is very quick to reach by car. The area is quiet, the apartment is modern and equipped with all comforts. Herbal teas, coffee, salt, oil salt, microwave, kettle, etc. Great cleaning, check-in is very convenient. We had a good time.

Stefano was an absolutely amazing host! The house is incredible - spacious and very comfortable, clean, has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, excellent external area. Everything was extremely clean and exactly as described in Airbnb. We were in 3 people and it was plenty of comfortable space. However, what really makes a difference is Stefano’s kindness - he was always responsive, flexible, supportive - by far the best host I’ve seen in the platform. Totally recommend staying here and we will come back!

Stefano is a good host and you get a clear guide about the apartment and the area. The bed was really too hard for us alone unfortunately. Furthermore, really a nice place to stay a few days and close to nice towns and the beach so perfect combination.
