An oasis of serenity. Handled a family easily and the pool and air conditioning was a major plus with the amazing views from every angle. We will go every year.

Perfect place to stay for our company. The centerpiece of the vacation took place under the spacious porch with a huge table, a 10 barbecue, and a very useful outdoor shower under an olive tree. Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Everything great: great view, very clean and well-equipped apartment, very friendly communication and easy check-in. You can take a coastal hike, among other things. Nebida is located on a panoramic road and there is a "Belvedere", so there is a lot of (driving) operation during the day.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Clean studio apartment with the essentials for eating and staying a few days. It is about 15 minutes from the port and restaurants by the sea, including about 70 simple steps. Recommended!

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. The location was perfect next to Coaquaddus and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Check in and out was very easy, and Sergio + Emilye were always available and there was great communication throughout. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and am deeply grateful for the experience!

Valentina's house is very well-located, access is easy. The area is very quiet while being close to the city center and shops. The location of the city makes it very easy to visit nearby tourist places especially the islands. The house is very well equipped, very neat with a lovely garden. We enjoyed being able to have our meals on the terrace. Being able to store the motorcycles in the yard was great too. Valentina's parents are very welcoming and friendly, the stay was very nice.

We just returned from Alfio's house, after about three weeks: we were three families with children and we couldn't make a better choice! The apartments are very nice, clean and well-kept, nothing is missing, the beds are very comfortable and the quality linens! The house has a very nice large common space where children can play freely and safely and still really enjoyable even for adults. There is a bbq for very pleasant barbecues and a very comfortable outdoor shower. In addition, the building is located in the center of the village, very close to the newsstand, pastry shop, bar, supermarket, etc... at the same time, however, it is also very quiet and quiet. Alfio and his partner, Paola, are wonderful people, they welcomed us with great friendliness and efficiency and also offered us two beautiful Sardinian-style dinners, which we will not forget easily! We can only highly recommend to everyone to spend the holidays in this home.... Thank you Alfio and thank you Paola, we had a great time!!! We hope to see you again soon!

We had a great holiday in this house! The cleanliness was impeccable, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the beaches and surroundings, with everything at your fingertips. But the icing on the cake was the parking: there is a large space right in front of the house, where we could comfortably park two cars. We could not be more satisfied with our choice, we will definitely be back!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us a detailed description of how to get there - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who explained his plans to us regarding the conversion and redesign of his rental properties. He makes the required electricity and hot water with self-sufficient solar energy and is visibly converting the kitchens from the currently common gas stove to electric stoves or stovetops, which of course improves safety and energy consumption. Everything was as described and Angelo is for us the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

We stayed with two small children in the cottage for a week and felt very comfortable. It was quiet and especially the pool we enjoyed very much. Positive to mention is the outdoor shower that allows you to keep the sand out of the living rooms. The dunes are in walking distance and fantastically beautiful.

Super lovely and accommodating hosts. Very nice decor. Great house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We always felt safe in the apartment complex. We were very warmly welcomed by Simonetta and Francesco. They gave us good tips for exploring the area around Nebida. Five unforgettable days. We really enjoyed our stay at Francesco's place. We didn't meet the host, but he was available on the phone and very helpful if we needed it. We stayed for 10 days with 2 young children, the space was perfect for them. The pool is shared but we always had it to ourselves. There's a lovely beach within 10mins drive that was great for kids. We really appreciated being able to use the beach umbrellas, cool bags and toys. We'd definitely stay here again!
