Monthly Rentals in Cape San Blas

We were especially impressed with the well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed if we wanted to cook in and watch the sunsets. The beach chairs and towels were good quality and not the cheap like ones you find some places. Nice large living room and kitchen area to gather. Big tvs for watching NCAA softball! We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinners outdoors on the large picnic table on the deck. Great view, nice beach. Maria couldn’t help the seaweed that washed in but she voluntarily sent someone over to try to clean it up. The outdoor shower and toilet were especially convenient. Pool clean and well maintained. We had a great time. As far as price it was expensive but we had great amenities and the elevator was essential for my husband’s 89 year old mom who wanted another beach trip! Thanks for being so responsive Maria to anything we needed.

I have to say Terri's kitchen was be best stocked AirB&B we have ever stayed at. We always have to buy extra basic items, but not here. We had cooking oil, spices, and other basics that we already there. Also, well well-stocked washing machine and bathroom supplies. Again, no need to bring detergent or extra supplies; Terri provided them. The location was great. Very close to the state park which was great and was about 200 yards from the ocean, with the heated pool out the front door and tennis/pickleball courts out the back door. Always felt safe in the complex and loved the very kicked back feel of Cape San Blas. Opposite of Rosemary Beach or Destin area. I loved the feel of the Forgotten Coast as it was great just to relax. One thing about the wealth when we were there is it was always windy, which one local called it Cape Sand Blast as it seems the sand was always getting blown around which I don't think is normal. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Tighe and Debbie’s place is one I’ve always loved. It’s tucked away in a peaceful spot—quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently close to things to do. Their home truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve returned here multiple times, and it’s always a pleasure. Tighe and Debbie are consistently helpful and kind, and I’m deeply grateful that they share their little oasis.

The duplex was nicer than we expected. Very roomy and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The yard was perfect for our pup. We used the washer/dryer multiple times for our beach towels and suits. Had both front and back seating outside. Will certainly come back again. It was located so close to everything.
