A sweet 1 bedroom log cabin in the best setting in the Denli Park area. Very private, on a crystal clear lake surrounded by big beautiful mountains. The cabin has a real nice kitchen hot/cold running water, full bath, everything you need but your personal gear and food, and Denali Park's first and only solar powered guest cabin!. Kind of our 'honeymoon suite', yet some guests, especially Alaskans, have had up to 8 people staying here with tents in the yard. WIFI, Apple TV, your own fire pit.
“What can I say that the pictures don’t already tell you? The real thing is every bit as magical as the imagination the photos inspire. We felt so lucky to be in the Beach Cabin and wake up every morning to a window overlooking the crystal clear lake! Feeding the fish from the dock was so much fun and we enjoyed exploring the nearby river. I have every intention of returning if I can on our family’s next Denali Fall trip. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and clean. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful place with us, Kirk!”
This 16 foot yurt is perfect for those visiting Denali Park, want a full view of Denali, and have a 360 degree view of nothing but mountains, river, and forest! The yurt is only 29 miles from the entrance to the park and is equipped with power, propane cook stove, lights, toyo stove heating for temperature control, wood stove, and wood for purchase ($10 a bundle). Being elevated, you can walk out the door to great views and if clear weather, a full view of the tallest mountain in North America!
“Absolutely perfect Alaskan experience (and we live here). The view from the yurt was unreal. The firepit was exactly what I wanted, the yurt was adorable and heated and had many little extras in there..tools to roast marshmallows, board games, cooking utensils. It was warm during the day from sunlight and the heater was appreciated overnight. Even the outhouse was super clean and full of amenities. Covid has crippled travel, and we had cabin fever...this is a memory with my tweens I will cherish. Thank you so much!! If you are considering staying here, just book it now. I wish it were available for the next night, we will for sure come back!!”

“This was a great, cozy cabin. It had everything that we needed and Tim was an excellent host who is kind and responds quickly. We had trouble turning on the propane cook top and we thought it was the battery but turned out to be operator error. Regardless, we messaged Tim asking for a D battery and he responded instantly and was kind enough to search and find us one. The eggs and bacon in the fridge were the perfect breakfast before we continued on our road trip as well. Definitely make a stop here if you are in the area!”
