Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cannaregio, Venice

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

An amazing apartment in such a central location but still so peaceful. Comfy beds and the roof terrace was wonderful. Irene was a wonderful host and was proactive with communication and answered any questions we had promptly. Cannot recommend enough

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very nice, the private garden is a very nice plus, the house is very well-maintained, well-designed, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Great apartment away from the hustle and bussle of Venice. Quiet in the evenings but we were ok with that. Apartment is great and well appointed.

Easy stay. Local restaurants and chicetteria really friendly - particularly enjoyed atmosphere at Diana’s and seafood in particular v nice. Also gondola ride from Ghetto Novo - so so peaceful. A lovely stay and the view is amazing. Altana great for aperitif time and breakfast.

This is a lovely spacious appartment in a very well placed location. Directions to find the appartment were very clear, with photographs which was really helpful. Rita was very quick to respond when I couldn't get the water pressure back. The appartment was spotless and Rita was very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage when we arrived before checking time, which we really appreciated. Thank you Rita, we will be back, Venice is wonderful and this was a lovely spot from which to enjoy it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Francesca’s apartment! We were warmly welcomed by the co-host Paolo, who is incredibly friendly, open, and helpful. He gave us clear instructions about things like waste sorting, local attractions, and how to get around. He also surprised us with some little treats, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch :) The apartment is located right in the heart of Venice – such a fantastic spot! If you’re planning to use the water trams (vaporettos), the nearest stop is just a 4-minute walk away. The keypad entry system made everything super easy and convenient – no need to worry about sharing a single set of keys. There’s also a charming little patio inside the apartment, perfect for enjoying your morning espresso. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Venice!

If Diana Vreeland lived in Venice… Super classy apartment in a dreamy quiet courtyard. Giovanna met us at the vaperato stop and guided us to her sweet flat. Along the way she pointed out how to easily get around and talked about how things worked in her lovely home. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Letizia’s apartment was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet spot but minutes away from transport and tourist spots. It was tastefully decorated and well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. The tiny terrace was perfect for sitting out and watching the swallows fly past in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Would definitely recommend and we may well return.

I love this apartment! It’s so light and airy! Great view to wake up to in the morning overlooking the Guidecca. Also easy to get to with Vaporetto or walking. Highly recommended!

Ursula was AMAZING. She was extremely responsive and the Airbnb was adorable. I would definitely rebook this Airbnb. One thing I would say is it isn’t close to the center of Venice or the San Marco area but it isn’t far. Not close enough to walk but the metro is really close. However, make sure you do your research on the train and transportation beforehand.

Great stay in Venice! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and major sights. The host was super helpful and gave us great tips for buying vaporetto tickets, which made getting around so much easier. Highly recommend!

The place is clean the area is quite local and the places around the place are really good better than central Venice restaurantes

This apartment was a haven after a day of walking the beautiful streets of Venice. It was clean and comfortable and provided all we needed for our few nights. The little terrace is a real bonus and provided a fascinating insight into the workings of the gondola repair workshop opposite as well as a great place to sit and enjoy an evening drink. Dosoduro is a lovely area to stay in as it’s so much quieter than the busy tourist areas yet only a few minutes walk from a supermarket, cafes, art and the main attractions of the city. We would happily return for another visit.

A very nicely maintained apartment. we liked the kitchen, which had a full range of amenities. Bedrooms are well furnished and apartment has all the things nicely arranged. Perhaps we missed to notice that it's on 2nd floor with no lift, which caused us some hard work. Barring that, it was a great experience!

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds, modern appliances, great shower, and good instructions for navigating water taxis. I enjoyed staying on Murano to see the glass shops and factory and would love to come back to Chiara’s place.

Truly fantastic hosts and a spotless flat. We felt very comfortable and at home in this roomy flat in a quiet neighborhood. Stefano gave us detailed information on public transport and even met us at the station on arrival. The bus to Venice was a 5-min walk away, as well as a market and cafes. This was an easy base for exploring Venice and very convenient to the Mestre station. We cannot recommend our hosts enough!

This place is magical! Staying here made our trip to Venice more than wonderful. The Venetian elegance, the Murano glass, and the views out every window were magnificent. We really enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop terrace while listening to the music coming from the nearby conservatory. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
