Cozy up with a book, have breakfast and dinner taking in the remarkable view of Venice bell towers and canals, on fantastic rooftop terrace of this beautiful and cozy apartment filled with furniture and ornaments from local artisans and Murano glass factories. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number: M0270428520 The apartment is situated in Santa Croce district, only a few steps from the lively S.Giacomo da l'Orio Square which is renowned for being one of the most picturesque and popular areas of Venice where locals gather to socialise and gossip. The flat is on the third and last floor of a building located in Corte dei Mercanti, a small and cozy square situated about 10 minutes far from the Rialto Bridge and - going to the opposite direction - only 15 minutes far from Venice S.Lucia railway station. The apartment, recently restored, incorporates the concept of a typical Venetian house which reflects both in the furniture and in its architectural structure. While renovating, attention was paid to recreate and maintain the spirit and atmosphere of the Venetian merchants who livened up this area for decades. Furthermore, furnishings are a work of art as it comes from handy work of local artisans and Murano glass factories. The flat offers a 360° view as it boasts windows on each side and it develops on two levels: the main floor where the living/kitchen areas, the bathroom as well as the bedroom are situated, and the upper floor which hosts a relaxing area and a rooftop terrace. The entrance door gives access to the roomy and luminous living area is decorated with three-colour wallpaper and infused by natural light thanks to four windows. The space also includes a comfy sofa, a television and a tea table. Straight ahead, the wide and functional kitchen completes the area. It has classic style custom-made furniture which includes a slate top and details made of pewter. All appliances and a classy wooden table - which seats four - finish the furnishings. The bathroom with shower and a comfortable bedroom complete the main floor. Here, a double bed, a bridge wardrobe and a couple of reading lights furnish the space which is decorated with floral wallpaper and other decorative elements that recall the thousand-year old relationship existing between Venice and the Far East. The ceiling highlights once again the original structure of the building and a lovely skylight ideally extends the room towards the sky. A stairway made of Venetian grey granite leads to the upper floor where, nestled it the eaves of the roof, an air-conditioned reading area finds place. It represents the ideal place where to relax lay on the sofas. The loft also offers a terrace which overlooks the surrounding roofs and bell towers, among which the S.Maria dei Frari and S.Mark's ones. This sunny area is equipped with fine teak chairs and table for four to enjoy unique breakfasts, sunsets, sunrises or a romantic dining under the stars. The Santa Croce district is the heart of everyday Venice, is the Neighborhood, where Venetians live, far from noisy of touristic flow, but, in the meantime, really close to the main Venetian attractions. Santa Croce district offers a variety of bar, clubs, good restaurants and shops. M0270428520 It is possible to reach the flat by regular water bus getting off at "S.Stae" stop. Here ACTV line number 1 and airport shuttle Alilaguna Orange line stop. This is the closest water bus stop which is located 2 minutes far from the apartment (no bridges to cross). The railway station Venezia-Santa Lucia is easily reachable in only 15 minutes on foot, while Venice bus terminal and parking garages are only 20 minutes far. The apartment has a SUPER WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION 200 MEGA The apartment is decorated with many valuable antique and modern pieces. The owner is delighted to share them with you, but you are asked to respect and take care of them. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is allowed only on the terrace. Please note that the price does not include the city tax which has to be paid in cash on arrival. It varies according to the number of people, nights of your stay and season (low or high). What a great home base for our time in Venice. The apartment is decorated in a Venice theme and has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed walking to close by restaurants, St Mark's just 8 min walk and best of all our hosts booked a water taxi to drop us off on the dock, a two-minute step-free walk from the apartment. We loved later afternoons sipping a glass of wine and some cheese we bought in the market, which is like 20 meters from the front door. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very nice, the private garden is a very nice plus, the house is very well-maintained, well-designed, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

We had an amazing time at Nicky House for the last leg of a 10-day holiday to Italy. The house was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire place felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants recommended by Nicole, and the Punta Sabbioni ferry terminal. Nicole was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. Nicole clearly takes pride in providing a great guest experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

This is a lovely spacious appartment in a very well placed location. Directions to find the appartment were very clear, with photographs which was really helpful. Rita was very quick to respond when I couldn't get the water pressure back. The appartment was spotless and Rita was very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage when we arrived before checking time, which we really appreciated. Thank you Rita, we will be back, Venice is wonderful and this was a lovely spot from which to enjoy it.

Truly amazing place to stay and enjoy Venice. On a side street so very peaceful during the day and nighttime, and yet so close and walkable to amazing restaurants, museums and bars. Claudia and family were very helpful and welcoming, and we felt right at home and happy from the start. Having such space, including a garden, in Venice with a modern well-kept home feels really special. We'd love to stay here again when we return to Venice

My sister and I stayed at Giulia & Virginia’s apartment in our recent stay in Venice and it was wonderful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The location was excellent. The vaporetto station was within easy walking distance and the stop is a main stop which can take you where ever you want to go. Giulia & Virginia also gave us great recommendations on places to eat, drink and buy fresh fruit and vege nearby. Thank you for hosting us. We will return for our next visit in Venice.

This was our first time to Venice and this apartment was great as we needed 3 bedrooms. It was in a quieter area of the the city and that was welcome after a busy day. We enjoyed the decor of the apartment and everything was very clean. The outside deck was great to relax on. Giacomo was a great host and helped us with recommendations, he was very attentive and friendly.

Fantastic place with a even better location (but still really peaceful). we had some question an the host respondet in a really short time. A tip apart from the apartment: Venice is a little tricky with the local customs with trash take out. Read the instructions carefully with that (at the back of the front door). We had a wonderful stay!

Francesca‘s place was stunning. The photos do not do it justice. Open concept, clean modern and beautiful Homie little touches throughout with a private rooftop Terrace with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked and so were linens and even an iron and ironing board washer everything you would need worth the climb up the steps. you will not be disappointed. Francesca gave us great recommendations and promptly communicated with us when we had questions. You can walk to all the major spots and you can always find your way home right next-door to the basilica. I would love to stay there again the next time I’m in Venice.

Perhaps we missed to notice that it's on 2nd floor with no lift, which caused us some hard work. Barring that, it was a great experience!

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! The most amenities, very clean, well stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, etc. Beatrice let us at the pier and helped us with our luggage and showed us where the place is, along with some restaurant and grocery store recommendations. She is soooo organized, very nice, the place was very roomy, decorated very nicely, and was in the heart of everything! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Not a super touristy location but super close to the hotspots you’ll want to see!

This place is magical! Staying here made our trip to Venice more than wonderful. The Venetian elegance, the Murano glass, and the views out every window were magnificent. We really enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop terrace while listening to the music coming from the nearby conservatory. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

This is such a great apartment. It is centrally located to everything. The terrace has an amazing view of the city. the Rialto vaporetto stop is just 5 minutes walk away which is very convenient. The team at the Bruno Hotel, where we checked in, were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
