Fabio was a wonderful host and very flexible with accommodating my later arrival and departure. Do keep in mind the ceiling is sloped in places since this is at the top floor of an apartment, so if you're taller it may be a bit trickier.

Great place, exactly as described in the listing. Tom is very nice, handy and available. Perfect to have a few days where you can unplug from the rest of the world and relax, alone or in company. One of the best B&Bs I've ever been to. We'll see you soon.

A beautiful place with spectacular views, a quiet area perfect for those who want privacy and silence. If you have dogs in tow it is the perfect place for walks and totally fenced garden (I have fugiHusky) place super for friendly. What can we say we will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends 🐾❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is very close to the Plazas where you can find nice cafes and restaurants. We were able to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy some beautiful hikes in Mount Sibillini National Park (about an hour drive to get to higher mountains and hikes) We had a small issue when we first arrived as the second bedroom and bathroom were locked but we were able to get it fixed. The apartment was very enjoyable and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

I stayed in Paola and Pierangelo's apartment for business. Both my colleague and I had a great time, everything was clean and tidy, everything was well cared for. You can see that they want to provide us with a good service. We are really very satisfied.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.
