Eric & Lou sind unbeschreiblich liebevolle Gastgeber, die jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und super Tipps für Unternehmungen haben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, klimatisiert und mehr als sauber. Der Poolbereich wird jeden Tag gereinigt und der komplette Außenbereich ist super gepflegt. Diese Unterkunft ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir waren zwar zum ersten, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

Donatella ist eine super Gastgeberin! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Appartement und der Aussenbereich sind liebevoll dekoriert und begrünt. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kinder. Es hat tolle Liegestühle und mehrer Luftreifen und Bälle sowie unterschiedliche Plätze im Garten mit Stühlen und Tisch. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Velos gelangten wir in 5-10 Minuten an den atemberaubenden km langen Strand. Die Restaurantempfehlungen von Donatella waren super! Danke!

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux en compagnie de nos amis. La maison a été parfaite pour l’occasion et nous nous sommes pas lassés de la vue. Les literies sont très confortables et n’avons manqués de rien. Rien à redire, foncez !!

Very beautiful place. we really enjoyed the tranquillity and the pretty terrace surrounded by lots of green and flowers. Because we got there in the dark it was a bit tricky to find but Barbara was very helpful and guided us by phone instruction. We parked in the public parking and climbed the wide stairs to the house. As long as you are good on foot they are no problem at all. And the appartment is really worth it! I would come back anytime. Thank you Barbara!

Our family had an amazing stay at Claude & Philippe's. The villa was as described and the amenities 4*+ Claude & Philippe were super friendly (yet discreet) and had loads of suggestions for activities in the area. The house is often booked well in advance and we hope we'll be lucky enough next year to stay there once again!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Excellent séjour chez Geneviève et François , hôtes charmants et très disponibles ! La maison est conforme à la description et très bien équipée. La terrasse , la piscine et le jardin sont encore plus agréables que ce à quoi on s’attend en voyant les photos Un petit paradis qu’on ne voudrait plus quitter …

La villetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato era estremamente confortevole, ben attrezzata e pulita. Dotata di un'ampia zona giorno e una zona esterna ideale per noi che avevamo due bambini che potevano giocare liberamente nel cortile e nel giardino. Inoltre poter pranzare all'esterno sotto un ampio porticato era veramente una condizione ottimale. Il posto auto all'interno della proprietà, la vicinanza al mare e al centro con i suoi servizi ( supermercato, farmacia, pizzeria, ...) hanno reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. Il sig. Alessandro è stato un host attento, estremamente cortese e disponibile.

La villa est sublime, les espaces communs sont grands et baignés de lumière, le mobilier moderne , la cuisine est bien équipée, chaque chambre est magnifique . L'extérieur est à l'image de l'intérieur c'est à dire soigné. Une belle piscine avec un beau volume douche extérieure, transats, une cuisine d'été avec BBQ,un confortable salon de jardin. Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund in diesem besonderem Haus. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer. Das Haus ist genauso besonders wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich , geräumig und perfekt um gemeinsam, Privat und Ruhig zusammen sein zu können. Die Küche ist großzügig Ausgestattet. 3 Autos können Problemlos im Hof parken. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist ein Traum! Es ist komplett umzäunt was toll für unsere Hündin war um herum zu laufen und liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von einem schönen Sand Strand mit Felsen entfernt. Porto Azzuro ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und war für Einkäufe und Restaurant Besuche unser Lieblings Städtchen. Nadia hat uns herzlich am Haus empfangen. Sie spricht leider kein Englisch aber das war irgendwie gar kein Problem- Sie ist eine sehr Freundliche Person!

Die Villa San Giuseppe ist eine wahres Schmuckstück, wo man sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen kann. In der Villa hat es fast alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Areal um die Villa herum ist sehr grossflächig und sehr schön. Der Pool ist gigantisch gross und sehr schön mit einer Weitsicht gelegen. Es dürfte noch mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegematten für die Liegestühle haben. Das WIFI müsste noch besser ausgebaut werden und das Wasser beim Duschen ist nicht wirklich warm sondern eher kalt. Der Grillplatz ist auch sehr gut gelegen und es hat genügend Holz um sich jeden Tag etwas feines zu grillieren. Im äusseren Essbereich würde sich noch eine Lounge sehr gut als Ergänzung machen, da sich die meisten Personen draussen befinden. Die Anfahrt durch die vielen Zypressenbäume ist auch jedes mal ein Highlight und die Strasse ist aus Schotter aber gut befahrbar. Im grossen und ganzen jedoch sehr weiterzuempfehlen, der Ruhe und doch die Nähe zur Stadt Follonica ca. 15 Fahrminuten schätzt.

Very nice place in walking distance to the sea with a nice extensive sandy beach. Only small drawback of the house was the noise the neighbouring dogs made during the day.

Venus en famille à 10, la maison était très agréable, propre et bien aménagée. La piscine chauffée était utilisable en cette fin avril, la terrasse très chouette et la cuisine bien équipée. Merci à Laurence pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils

Thomas nous a permis de profiter d’une magnifique semaine de vacances en famille dans une grande et très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnelle. Les nombreuses salle de bain nous aurons éviter de nous marcher dessus. Sa maman, qui nous a accueilli et à qui nous avons également rendu les clés a été adorable. Thomas prend le temps de savoir si notre séjour se passe bien et reste très disponible en cas de besoin. Le terrain totalement clôturé avec son portail nous a permis de garer nos 3 véhicules sereinement tout en ayant toujours de la place. Une maison vraiment exceptionnelle, que nous recommandons vivement. Les photos sont parfaitement à la hauteur des prestations proposées. Merci encore à Thomas et sa maman pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Jean Francois and Gautier were the gold standard. Incredibly responsive and so kind. The house was clean and they helped us find transport to the airport. I travelled with four girls and we felt welcomed and safe. The villa was ready to get to and we were able to walk to town whenever we wanted. There was a beautiful pool and the space was so relaxing. I would love to go back to Corsica just to stay there again.

Un séjour professionnel très agréable et une équipe ravie. Samuel est un hôte très sympathique, avec qui la communication à été fluide et agréable. Il est de plus très réactif.

Wonderful stay

Très belle maison avec 4 grandes chambres dont une avec salle de douche. Environnement calme et paisible avec une très belle piscine. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir loués la maison de Anthony et serons heureux d'y revenir.

Lieber Andria, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in deinem tollen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da das Haus sehr neu ist, war alles super. Der große Pool ist toll und auch der Kunstrasen um den Pool hat uns überzeugt, da bei weitem nicht so viel Schmutz in den Pool fällt. Wir wussten ja, dass die Außenanlagen noch etwas Zeit brauchen, aber wenn mal alles fertig ist, möchten wir bestimmt nochmals wiederkommen. Die große Holzterasse, die Liegen und der Pool sind für uns perfekt gewesen. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ins gürn war echt entspannend und am Abend hat man die Sterne perfekt beobachten können, da keine direkte Beleuchtung in der Nähe ist. Alles Liebe und Gute weiterhin Liebe Grüße von uns 4 aus Bayern!
