Eric & Lou are indescribably loving hosts who always have an open ear and great tips for activities. The apartment is lovingly decorated, air-conditioned and more than clean. The pool area is cleaned every day and the entire outdoor area is super well maintained. This place is a clear recommendation and we were there for the first time, but certainly not the last time.

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

Donatella is a great host! Had a wonderful family vacation. There was nothing missing. The apartment and the outdoor area are lovingly decorated and green. The pool was the highlight of the kids. It has great sun loungers and several pneumatic tires and balls as well as different places in the garden with chairs and table. With the bikes provided we reached the breathtaking km long beach in 5-10 minutes. Donatella's restaurant recommendations were great! Thanks!

We had a wonderful weekend with our friends. The house was perfect for the occasion and we didn't get tired of the view. The bedding is very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. No complaints, go for it!!

Very beautiful place. we really enjoyed the tranquillity and the pretty terrace surrounded by lots of green and flowers. Because we got there in the dark it was a bit tricky to find but Barbara was very helpful and guided us by phone instruction. We parked in the public parking and climbed the wide stairs to the house. As long as you are good on foot they are no problem at all. And the appartment is really worth it! I would come back anytime. Thank you Barbara!

Our family had an amazing stay at Claude & Philippe's. The villa was as described and the amenities 4*+ Claude & Philippe were super friendly (yet discreet) and had loads of suggestions for activities in the area. The house is often booked well in advance and we hope we'll be lucky enough next year to stay there once again!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

The villa we stayed in was extremely comfortable, well equipped and clean. Equipped with a large living area and an outdoor area ideal for us who had two children who could play freely in the courtyard and garden. Also, having lunch outside under a large porch was really a great condition. The parking space inside the property, the proximity to the sea and downtown with its amenities ( supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, ...) have made our vacation perfect. Mr. Alessandro was an attentive host, extremely courteous and helpful.

The villa is sublime, the common spaces are large and bathed in light, the modern furniture, the kitchen is well equipped, each room is beautiful . The exterior is like the inside, that is to say, neat. A beautiful pool with a beautiful volume outdoor shower, deckchairs, summer kitchen with BBQ,cozy garden furniture. The playroom is amazing. You can count on the availability and kindness of Valerie and their husbands

We stayed in this special house as a family with 10 adults and 1 dog. Each has their own room including bathroom. The house is just as special as it shows in the pictures! It was very clean, cozy , spacious and perfect to be together, private and quiet. The kitchen is generously equipped. 3 cars can easily park in the yard. The view from the terraces is a dream! It is completely fenced which was great for our dog to walk around and is just a 3 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocks. Porto Azzuro is only 15 minutes away by car and was our favorite town for shopping and restaurant visits. Nadia welcomed us warmly at the house. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English but that was somehow no problem- She is a very friendly person!

Villa San Giuseppe is a true gem where you can relax and unwind very well. In the villa it has almost everything one needs for a stay. The rooms are very well equipped and the whole area around the villa is very large and very nice. The pool is gigantically large and very nicely located with a foresight. There should be more umbrellas and loungers for the sun loungers. The WIFI would have to be even better developed and the water when showering is not really hot but rather cold. The barbecue area is also very well located and there is enough wood to grill something fine every day. In the exterior dining area, a lounge would be very good as an addition, as most people are located outside. The arrival through the many cypress trees is also a highlight every time and the road is easily accessible from gravel. Overall, however, highly recommended, which appreciates tranquility and yet the proximity to the city of Follonica about 15 minutes drive.

Very nice place in walking distance to the sea with a nice extensive sandy beach. Only small drawback of the house was the noise the neighbouring dogs made during the day.

Coming with family at 10, the house was very nice, clean and well appointed. The heated pool was usable at the end of April, the terrace was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. Thanks to Laurence for her availability and advice

Thomas allowed us to enjoy a wonderful week of family vacation in a large and very beautiful house, tastefully decorated and very functional. The many bathrooms will prevent us from stepping on each other. Her mom, who welcomed us and to whom we also returned the keys, was lovely. Thomas takes the time to find out if our stay is going well and remains very available if needed. The fully fenced land with its gate allowed us to park our 3 vehicles peacefully while still having space. A truly exceptional house, which we highly recommend. The photos are perfectly in line with the services offered. Thanks again to Thomas and his mom for hosting us and for their kindness.

Jean Francois and Gautier were the gold standard. Incredibly responsive and so kind. The house was clean and they helped us find transport to the airport. I travelled with four girls and we felt welcomed and safe. The villa was ready to get to and we were able to walk to town whenever we wanted. There was a beautiful pool and the space was so relaxing. I would love to go back to Corsica just to stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Very beautiful house with 4 large bedrooms, one with shower room. Quiet and peaceful environment with a beautiful pool. We're glad we rented Anthony's house and will be happy to come back.
