We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is within walking distance of a few minutes. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

Enrica was a great host as well as a guide and a good advisor. The apartment is simple but well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The location is strategic, close to the port but far enough away for relaxing moments. The terrace overlooking the sea is definitely the added value of the apartment!

We had a pleasant stay in Denise's house. The amenities are of quality, the house is clean and functional. Denise is a charming host, very available and attentive to our needs. She was very accommodating on our arrival and departure, while giving us advice on the area. We hope to have the opportunity to come back.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

Staying in this apartment was wonderful. My boyfriend and I spent two nights immersed in the Tuscan countryside in a small cozy apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful, full of fruit trees and sweet cats that enrich the living room. We will soon return to visit Sheila in her lovely country home.

If you want to spend a few quiet days, it is recommended. The beach is very touristy as well as the restaurant. But it has enough other possibilities. Nice clean apartment. Everything you need is there.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Welcome to paradise! If it's up to me, then Marta and Andrea have the most beautiful place I've ever been to (at least since I've enjoyed the peace more than the turbulent life😅)! Not only the ambience in the apartment, but above all the great location made our stay unforgettable. Greeted in the morning by the two lovely dogs, at noon by the alpacas and in between we admired the rabbit, the turtles and the chickens! Andrea and Marta were also always available and even helped us without hesitation when we had a car breakdown. Our one-year-old son was just as sad as we were when we had to leave. This will definitely not be our last visit to the two. We felt at home and highly recommend staying with the two! Thanks for the wonderful time!

We booked the accommodation for two for 10 nights and were very satisfied. There were parking spaces, the apartment is as described and pictured. Communication with the hostess also worked out great. San Vincenzo itself is a very quiet and tranquil village with an extremely beautiful sandy beach. We will definitely be back.

Paola was an excellent host - you couldn't ask for a better one! She welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything in the apartment. And she was helpful to us with a breakdown with the rental car and proactively managed everything so that I got a new car. Thank you so much! The apartment is ideally located to explore the north of Corsica. And it is very sensibly and tastefully decorated. Everything was super clean and special requests were immediately fulfilled. And you even have a sea view. And St Florent is a beautiful holiday resort with lots of restaurants, shops and leisure activities. So fully recommended.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!
