Everything perfect, very accommodating as I saw too late the check-in time and arrived very late with my flight&train, but it was no problem. Nice neighborhood with kind people. I love the high ceilings but if you are very tall, be cautious when you climb the stairs. WiFi is actually available and working very well!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is charming, and has everything you might need. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking space nearby. The apartment was fully equipped, and clean and tidy. We also had bottled water and breakfast available, which we thought was a nice touch. Elisa was very kind, and despite being delayed due to an inconvenience, she was attentive and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you very much for everything!

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

Gianluca was great, good communication and made us feel at home. He was even flexible with the check out time which was much appreciated. We paid €7 to park in his garage on site, otherwise there’s no direct parking outside, you have to park in the square a short walk away.

It was a very pleasant stay! The apartment was very nice, appropriately equipped, very nice outdoor area and easy to reach! Very nice contact with Ms. Vilma who was very friendly and helpful.

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

The stay at Pinuccia and Francesca's house was perfect! The apartment, furnished in a classic way, is well cared for in every detail and very clean. The hosts were very helpful, welcoming us until late at night and explaining everything carefully. In addition to a generous supply of water, food, drinks and coffee for breakfast, we found everything we needed for body care and a rich supply of linens and towels. Impeccable hospitality that makes your stay even better. Super recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment during a conference trip with our group of four, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the heart of the Old Town, we were within walking distance of all major attractions, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and charming. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view from the apartment. Waking up to the serene sights of the water each morning was a delightful experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts we needed after long days at the conference. Communication with our host, Giulio, was seamless. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in and stay were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

Accomodation was just perfect, stunning place in a beautiful countriside of campobasso but still very close to the center. Rachele and Claudio were very nice and supportive in everything. Super reccomended

We came back a second time at this vacation rental and everything went great. The B&B is in a very central position and allows you to walk around the city. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Family-friendly, even if you have small children. The only small problem is the noise of the neighbors, but unfortunately this is due to the fact that the walls have poor sound insulation. We stayed in this modern and very clean apartment for three days! A truly relaxing experience: a strategic location!!! Close to the sea and the main street of Minturno, but at the same time in a quiet and very low-traffic area! Annalisa, then, discreet and welcoming smiling! We will definitely be back!!! The accommodation is well located in the city center and very clean. A park is in close proximity to the accommodation and restaurants are also on the Corso de Santa Maria Capua Vetere. We particularly appreciated the welcome from the host and the little attention to my two French bulldog puppies. Yes, this home is a real "pet friendly" home. Grazie Giosuè!

Mario was a fantastic host. The apartment location is a great location to travel to sites or walk around town. Great cafes and restaurants. Mario has great recommendations, he was always spot on. Mario was very responsive to questions, very quick. Very comfortable apartment, plenty of supplies.

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

We chose this property for a 2-night stay. Perfect for visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta (within walking distance) and reaching the beauties of Naples and its surroundings via the nearby station. Spacious, clean and tidy house. Well-stocked supermarket nearby. Also accepts our 4-legged friends. Great guarded parking provided by the host.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

I was in this structure with two of my friends. Mr. Rinaldo's hospitality and availability was impeccable. The room, very cozy, has a very nice and relaxing hot tub. The ceiling also has finishes that reproduce some constellations that can also be left on. We had a great time. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to land - the hosts were very responsive and truly wonderful humans, going out of their way to assist with restaurant recommendations, reservations, and even connecting us with local townspeople who were able to introduce us to our long lost relatives! The experience is a mix between a traditional hotel (with breakfast and housekeeping) and a private home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. My family and I loved our stay and our experience.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Antonio is a fantastic host, extremely helpful and very attentive to the needs of his guests. The house is large, comfortable and extremely functional. We had a great time, highly recommended!!
