We booked the day before for a quick get away to Campeche from Merida. We wanted a place to relax, be pampered a bit and that was convenient since we only had a short time. We found all of this and more. Maria was a delightful host! She made us feel welcome right away, letting us check in early. Recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. She is not only knowledgeable of the area, but obviously as a transplant there from Mexico City, she is in love with the area. When she told you about things to do, she did it with pure joy as she had been to the places herself. The room was lovely and comfortable. The gardens beautiful. Every attention paid to detail. Breakfast was delightful. We had both been sick during our stay in Merida and we needed a pick me up. Staying at Casa de Zari was just what we needed.

Excellent accommodation when the plan is short. It has a large kitchen, good for cooking and making breakfast. It has tables in the courtyard where you can eat. Its staff is super friendly. The room is very simple, but for the price there is no complaint

It is a quiet and very safe place, the beautiful boy very attentive , half a block from the famous 59th street, to eat , drink and a wonderful view of the walled area, I would stay there again

Nice room in old building in the centre of town. Parking is difficult as there is little space, and the parking is public. Nevertheless, had a nice stay.

A cozy room features a bed with crisp linens, accompanied by a small bench at the foot. Dark wood furniture, including a wardrobe and a vanity, complements the terracotta and white wall design. Decorative art pieces add a touch of character.

Everything in order! I loved the hotel, everything was very clean and tidy. The great location! Unfortunately the only bad thing was that we never had hot water to bathe and the key was broken. Outside of that all spectacular

In the end, it was no longer necessary to stay at Casa Jade as I had another place booked but at all times they were very friendly and welcomed me and attended in the best way possible. The place is very central!
