Vacation rentals in Campbellsburg

Stayed here for 3 days during the Thanksgiving holiday. Was the perfect spot to disconnect from city life and a great exercise in minimalism. The space/amenities were unique and perfect for me and my 2 dogs. Was a cold few days but Josh had the cabin equip with a space heater and a fully stocked fire stove which I took advantage of (first time ever using one, which was neat). Josh was a great host and even offered me some food for Thanksgiving. I didn’t take him up on that offer as to not be a bother for him during his holiday, but the offer was greatly appreciated! Overall, a great solo Thanksgiving thanks to Josh and this wonderful spot to enjoy peace and quiet.

The cabin is adorable and perfectly located for visiting the Ark Encounter. It has all the basic necessities we needed. My husband enjoyed chatting with Darrell, who he described as a very friendly guy. We also loved the daily visits from their three four-legged family members - beautiful dogs! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Such a cute and unique place to stay! Wish would have had more time to make friends with the goats, but it was just a one night stay!

Kevin’s place is the perfect peaceful retreat. Beautiful setting in the Ohio River Valley, private setting that felt secure with local attractions from beautiful State Parks to charming Madison, IN. He has everything you could need and offers extras such as snacks, coffee, toiletries you might have left behind. The home itself is nestled in a natural valley on a large private forested acreage. Dears, birds, fireplace, games and a nice jacuzzi tub topped it all off. Recommend heading down to the river to watch the sunset and cuddling up next to the fire with a good book or fun game. Just what we needed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tracy’s cottage! Very quiet, secluded and perfect for getting away from the frenzy of life which is exactly what we were looking for. Loved the assembly of cats, they were the cherry on top to a perfect weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We went to see the Ark encounter and it was so close. The little house and everything in it was absolutely lovely. Very comfortable and wonderful environment. We loved seeing the ducks every morning! The owners dogs were very friendly as well, one even guided us to the house.

We had the BEST stay at Kelly’s airbnb. She was a phenomenal host and had a lovely and secluded basement. We would love to stay here again if we are ever in town. They go above and beyond for their guests. Her husband wiped the snow off our car which was so sweet. Kelly also messaged us that we left two items there on accident and said she would ship them to us. Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this outdoor dome! The design was cozy yet modern, with incredible views of the surrounding landscape. The amenities, fire pit/hot tub made it the perfect place to relax. The host added thoughtful touches that made the stay even better, and the location was great for disconnecting while still being close to local attraction. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique and peaceful getaway!
