Vacation rentals with a patio in Campania

The apartment was fantastic and better than we had expected. Very relaxing and comfortable. Supermarket across the road. Five mins from the beach and town. Very well stocked and easy place to stay. Recommended

Todo super claro :) La zona del apartamento es ideal para conocer Napoli, se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos de interés. Apartamento comodo! Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni nell’appartamento di Giuseppe ed è stato tutto perfetto! Giuseppe è un host preparatissimo: ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e ci ha introdotto alla città e ai dintorni in modo eccellente, consigliandoci luoghi splendidi da visitare e piccole chicche nascoste (inclusi ottimi posti dove mangiare e fare aperitivi). Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti, la nostra visita è stata pratica e ben organizzata. Durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre attento e disponibile. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, pulitissimo e situato a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia. Sebbene fossimo stati avvisati della salita per raggiungerlo, si è rivelata più che fattibile, e ci sono anche delle “scale segrete” che accorciano il percorso. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole: consigliamo vivamente Giuseppe e i suoi appartamenti!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was everything we needed, clean, and simple. The location was a little outside the centre, but we loved the cozy neighborhood and it was easy to take the buss and metro:)

El piso de arriba es muy bonito. La terraza nos ha gustado mucho: se pueden ver las estrellas y la luna, es muy relajante sentarse allí por la noche y oír el canto de los grillos. Los niños se han encontrado muy a gusto: el jardín y la piscina han sido ideales para ellos. El perro también ha podido disfrutar de espacios verdes, sin obligación de llevar correa. Silvio ha sido en todo momento encantador, a pesar del bullicio de los niños y ladridos ocasionales de Bruma. ¡Gracias Silvio! :-)

This spot was an oasis in Naples. The view from the rooftop was spectacular, and the apartment was super comfortable and beautiful. Luigi was a wonderful host and a great resource. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

des hôtes formidables, un emplacement tout parfait pour profiter à la a fois de la plage et des chemins de randonnée, un environnement très calme... en fait, c'était exactement ce que nous cherchions. Très très satisfaits !

Alberico and Arianna were wonderful hosts!! The place was in the perfect spot in Positano. They were great at communicating, made check in easy, and sent lots of recommendations of good restaurants. The place was absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus!! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!!

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Trofimena ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir wurden vom ersten Tag an herzlich empfangen. Das Airbnb war wie beschrieben, die Terrasse war unser Highlight mit den Zitronenbäumen und dem tollen Blick auf Minori. Der Ort ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Trofimena war gut erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder, wärmstens empfohlen! :)

The location was excellent! Wonderful view of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius and the private terrace with the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after exploring all of the nearby areas! It's only a 45 minute walk down the mountain to Sorrento and the buses back up to the AirBnB run regularly. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful both with finding the place as well as with recommendations of what to see and where to eat nearby!

Öt pontot adtam, minden nagyon tetszett, ezért csak pár dolog.. Különleges volt a terasz. Gyalog minden könnyen elérhető. Taxi állomás nagyon közel található. Van egy étterem a ház mellett, ami egyébként nem néz ki túl jól, de nagyon jól főznek, kedvesek, jó az ára, lehet könnyen foglalni asztalt. Ajánlom a lakást!

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

This is the perfect apartment for exploring the entirety of Napoli, you can walk around the entire historic centre of the city from here and it is 10 min walk to the metro which will take you across the city. The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped. Finally, Fabrizio is an amazing host, quick to respond to any queries, very informative and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Francesco, our host, was magnificent! He practically held our hands to make sure we had everything we needed and got to where we wanted to go. I would not hesitate to go back, especially if Francesco is the host. Beautiful surroundings, great restaurants and shops.

Apartament zgodny z opisem , bardzo czysty, pienie umeblowany, wygodne łóżka, w kuchni pełne wyposażenie plus ogromny pakiet żywności i wody na powitanie , właściciel pomocny , przemiły i bardzo elastyczny. W 100% polecam ten apartament. Z przyjemnością tam wrócimy . Dziekuje Ciaro 👍🏻😘😘😘

Claudio, the property manager, is an amazing resource. he was extremely helpful with recommendations and coordinated multiple boat tours and adventures for us. While the owner of the property did not communicate at all, we loved working with Claudio and felt very well taken care of. This is an excellent option for small groups or families, with multiple toilets/bathrooms, laundry, a beautiful terrace with views of Vesuvius and Napoli. The building is quiet, private, secure, and directly in the center of town. Easy train access, beach access, etc.
