Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

there is a big problem in this stay: it lasted too little! We stayed one day inside this lovely apartment, my cousin and I had a great time! I have been around the world for years thanks to my work and I have visited and met billions of owners and I have to say that people like Mr. Pippo and the whole group, are rare people to find. A welcome worthy of a 4-star, super clean and fragrant house, cared for in every detail, a courtesy and kindness unbeatable. We found breakfast, water and excellent seasonal fruits (including their gardens). When we wanted to rent bikes, they were promptly made available to us, with the message before using them. In the evening we unexpectedly received excellent homemade pizza by Mr. Pippo and all his delicious family. We felt like family, really! We recommend it to everyone, treat them with care that are rare to date people like this.

The house has a very cozy spacious place, with a small terrace that offers a spectacular view, which alone is worth the stay. The family is really kind and immediately responded to every request. Small bathroom and kitchen, objectively no more than two. Access is not easy, the ramp is steep and narrow, better to have a small car. The apartment is accessed on foot with an equally steep climb, so it does not lend itself to people with disabilities. Would I be back? Yes :-)

House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we'd arrive before 3pm and would have been allowed into the house. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To get to the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can easily get there. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan.
