We had a fantastic stay at this place for 1 night with our two dogs (small and medium-sized). Pros: - Great location near Tagaytay - Conveniently order food from restaurants in Tagaytay through delivery apps - Pet friendly (dogs allowed to swim in the pool) - Beautiful garden - Modern appliances and great WiFi - Helpful caretaker and responsive owner Cons: - Shared gate/driveway with another resort, so we needed to leash our dogs when roaming the basketball court and garden area. This wasn’t a big issue for us, just an expectation mismatch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely return!

Booked this place for my dad's birthday celebration with the family. They told me that they extremely enjoyed the place. I was on video chat with them for the most part of it and I saw how beautiful the view was. I wish to visit the place too next time. Thank you to the accommodating and helpful staff that were always ever ready to assist my family! I thought it was expensive for the Philippines but it was worth the price as my family mentioned that it looks like they were in a different country.

We love the place, it is peaceful and secured. We had our own swimming pool and even if the beach is a 5 min walk, there is an ebike to transport us. The host is accommodating and responsive. He even allowed us to check out late. Great choice for a vacation 👌

Our family had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! The place was super nice and cozy, perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The indoor pool was definitely the highlight for me! The host is very responsive (even at midnight). The place is clean and has all the things you need. They have a nice veranda, comftable beds and sofa. The place is spacious as well. There's also a nearby park and you can walk inside the subdivision at ease. Very private

For the price, the place was so worth it. We really enjoyed the cinema experience! And also thankful for the host for letting us to checkout late free of charge :)

We are total of 17 Pax(includes 1 child,1 infant and 1 senior) plus 3 of our dogs. the place is clean and the resort staff are very accomodating. here's the pros and for improvement as guide: *PROS* -the rooms are all clean. -the bed sheets and covers are all clean and newly laundered. - all rooms are airconditioned. - they have total of 2Nipa huts for easy access to seniors and those with infants. - they are pet friendly. - the pool is clean. guests can still swim at night since the water is not cold. - the videoke is available,with fee(inform them day ahead that you want to avail it). - they offer cooking food for you, just inform them ahead of time. - the beside mart is also a plus. everything we need is there. - rest rooms are everywhere. they have restrooms for each room and common cr near the pool. - they have verandas on some Nipa's as well. - there are those fishermen that will approach you at the beach area for fresh seafood. - they have a big kitchen with 2 refrigerator

My family and I had such a great time at this beach house! The place was huge, with plenty of space for everyone (including our dogs, who had a blast!). The beach was lovely—quiet and serene, just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay even more convenient. Thank you, Sophia! We really loved our stay! The view is great especially in the sunset. The place was super clean and everything was complete, including kitchen utensils. It was worth what we paid for.

it was the perfect place for family time with sufficient space for grandchildren and dogs to run around and explore. I also loved that one could walk around peacefully in such a green environment and yet be near enough restaurants and cafes. Great place for restoring one's inner balance.

We rented this place for our parents’ birthday. The place is easy to find. Though you can tell that the property is old, they were able to maintain the paint and the house itself. Feels just like home and the caretakers are very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. It’s kind of small but there’s nothing you can really do about it. The water heater isn’t working well too but tolerable. We had a good stay and our parents actually liked it.

The place was clean, cozy and very functional. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Ate Josie was also very helpful and friendly, she was also very considerate even when we checked-in late. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place and the host.
