Carlo is very helpful and the place is great. Only downsides were cat pee smell outside the front door that made hanging on the porch unpleasant and the church bell that rings every 30 minutes. Would stay again!

The location and landscapes are stunning. A beautifully clean home and the perfect location in which to explore the east coast of Sardinia. Great communication with the host. We’ll be back for sure.

That was a lovely stay. The cottage is charming, in a beautiful neighborhood. Boulders and old trees around the house. The square around the house is well-maintained. Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

The house is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Close to the beach and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby although you have to go by car. We would definitely do it again.

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

The place absolutely met our expectations. Everything is very clean, everything necessary and more in the house. The apartment has everything to bear the temperatures well - air conditioning, but also shade places on the terrace and in the garden. And of course the nearby beach with the mega beautiful water. Restaurants and the nearest supermarket are a few minutes' walk away. But from our point of view, the host Claudia gets a lot of plus points. She took care of everything we needed. She was always very responsive and so sweet and kind. We highly recommend Claudia and the place.

Great place with plenty of space and nice amenities. Great reception by the local caretaker couple on site, who were prepared with advice, local specialties, and good spirits. The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

Great stay with friends at Maria Teresa's. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is well-equipped. Maria Teresa was very responsive in communications and allowed us to have a very nice time.

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Anna and Aldo were lovely, they couldn't do enough to help. The house is the other semi - attached to their house, but is perfectly private. WiFi was on par for rural expectations but never let us down. The house had everything you needed, and nothing you didn't. Would definitely stay again, just in a week when it was sunny next time 😁

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Bungalow furnished with a lot of love, including a beautiful front garden to linger. It had everything you need for a beach vacation (we could also use beach towels and a parasol for free). Ideal with children, as the playground is right next to the bungalow. Ideal starting point for beautiful beaches and excursions (many also within walking distance). We will be happy to come back.

worth in all ways , place is beutiful, house all as you can expect from pictures , with wonderful sea view, Antonella was a great host , always helped and responded really fast, price was way better than other places in the area, it is in a smaller village, even though there is city with all the shops and necessities 20 minutes by feet , or 5 minutes by car, one thing to note , me as a remote worker, WiFi was very fast and stable!

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

It was a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, cozy and well equipped, two-story apartment. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with the small palm tree. From the 2nd floor you have a beautiful view of the sea. A private parking space is right behind the apartment. San Teodoro and Spiaggia La Cinta as well as the nearest supermarket are just 6 minutes away by car. Pamela and Karim, thank you! They were super helpful hosts, and we would love to come back❤️

We really liked the place. It is very close to La Cinta beach, and a few steps away from downtown San Teodoro. It has a private garden and a small terrace where it was very nice to have breakfast. It has bicycles and BBQ, although we don't use them. The air conditioning is greatly appreciated, and it cools the house right away. We were looking for a place with a kitchen as it is very difficult to eat in Sardinia after 2:30 pm. The house had practically everything (oil, salt, shampoo, coffee, cleaning products…). Ilaria also left us a couple of bottles of water and some beers in the fridge, a detail. As the only glue, the bathroom was dirty (with poop remains) and we had to clean it. On the day of check-out I asked if it would be possible to leave the house a little later, but I had another reservation and it was not possible. But well, I knew the check out time because I put it in the advertisement. This also puts it in the listing, but it's important and that's why I'm highlighting it: there's no wifi. I WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT
