Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

We spent very nice days in the apartment. The beach was right in front of the apartment and was hardly visited at our time (end of April).

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

It was very nice, the apartment is large and clean, the balcony is beautiful and you can cook and has plenty of space. We had a great and relaxing stay, the only downside for us was that it smelled very strongly of cleaning agent but it was very clean.

Very nice place in a quiet and beautiful setting. The layout as well as the existing equipment was very well thought out. A lot of emphasis was also placed on cleanliness. Great communication with the host including tips for beaches etc. Highly recommended!

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

Pros: - beautiful view - walkable - quiet dead-end street - master bedroom bed was comfortable - different types of comfortable pillows - provided baby bed - 2x A/C and heater - well stocked kitchen (had everything we needed except scissors) - provided water, wine and coffee, as well as other cooking non-perishables Cons: - single beds quite uncomfortable - no clear decorating style

We stayed at Monica's apartment for 14 days at the end of Aug 2024 with our two children (6 and 7 years). Monica was always very accessible via messenger for questions before and during our stay. Since Monica was no longer on the island during our vacation, her friendly husband Pietro was on site and took care of various concerns (a squeaky door) very quickly. The apartment was very clean and generously sized, the children loved the bunk bed. There is also a washing machine, which we were allowed to use for an appropriate fee. Particularly noteworthy is that we were provided with two umbrellas and a cooler bag for our activities for free! We were provided with great tips on restaurants or beaches at the beginning. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. The nearest is 3 minutes away by car. We were very satisfied all around - thank you to Monica and Pietro!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. Our conclusion: We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Claudia

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

It's quite easy to get the beach. We have a good experience both at night and morning. The house is quiet. It is surrounded by the plants and play ground. We have large area to enjoy around the house and the beach.

We flew to Sardinia as a family completely spontaneously in April. Mother, father and two sons aged 5 and 9. After staying for the first night at a catastrophic hotel in Orosei, we booked this place on the second day as an Instant Book. Efisio was very quickly accessible, we were able to get into the accommodation quickly and the check-in was super straightforward. The place itself was just wonderful. Everything was very clean and Efisio really thought of everything you could ever need. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was very nice and all appliances worked perfectly. There was no WiFi at first. But just a few hours later, Efisio took care of it and then it was excellent. Efisio is a very nice person and was always available. The beautiful beach is easily accessible. If the children are not too lazy, then also on foot! We would book again in a HEARTBEAT! Clear recommendation!

Excellent venue with a great jacuzzi, very peaceful and close to the restaurants and sea shore. The host was very responsive and kind with us and helped us during our stay. The beds and bathroom are very good, we would book there again if we had to come back again!

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

We spent four nights in the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't miss anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

We were greeted by Agostino in a very friendly, friendly and caring way. The accommodation was very pleasant, charming and well-equipped. The bathroom is great but be careful the hot tub is actually the shower with massage functions, which is a little different but which remains very nice 😊 The accommodation is located in the heart of Dorgali but it is not always easy to park on the street. Friendly small shops around or within a 10 min walk. To do the shopping, a convenient CRAI convenience store is a stone's throw away but if you want to go to a larger store, you have to take the car for only a few minutes. I would highly recommend it!
