Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

It was amazing to stay in this lovely apartment close to the beach. We enjoyed it well. And hopefully we will be back soon.

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

We had beautiful days in Cala Gonone. The apartment is clean, bright and everything needed on site! The three of us have enough space and small terrace as well as parking in front of the house. Great value for the money, we recommend it!

We had a great stay here in Cala Gonone. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a family of four. The location is residential and therefore a walk to the restaurants etc in the town but this meant peace and quiet. It was very clean, a lot more spacious than we had expected and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking in the apartment. The recycling was a bit confusing but these are the local rules so we did our best to follow them! We would definitely return.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet and beautiful environment. The layout as well as the existing equipment was very well thought out. A lot of attention was also paid to cleanliness. Great communication with the host including tips for beaches etc. Great recommendation!

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

Great apartment right next to a lovely beach. Very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The contact with Andrea was very quick and friendly and he gave some valuable tips. We had a great stay and really recommend going there.

We stayed at Monica's apartment for 14 days at the end of Aug 2024 with our two children (6 and 7 years). Monica was always very accessible via messenger for questions before and during our stay. Since Monica was no longer on the island during our vacation, her friendly husband Pietro was on site and took care of various concerns (a squeaky door) very quickly. The apartment was very clean and generously sized, the children loved the bunk bed. There is also a washing machine, which we were allowed to use for an appropriate fee. Particularly noteworthy is that we were provided with two umbrellas and a cooler bag for our activities for free! We were provided with great tips on restaurants or beaches at the beginning. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. The nearest is 3 minutes away by car. We were very satisfied all around - thank you to Monica and Pietro!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

We had a wonderful week at the property! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available if we had any questions. Tips for beaches super markets and restaurants were also great. The space was just like the photos. Especially the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. Beds were very comfortable. The internet and TV worked properly. There was also a beach umbrella for the beach. Our conclusion: We will definitely be back! Thanks Claudia

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

It's quite easy to get the beach. We have a good experience both at night and morning. The house is quiet. It is surrounded by the plants and play ground. We have large area to enjoy around the house and the beach.

Great location. Convenient for restaurants, bars and the boat trips. Great views. Lovely hot tub. Good WiFi. We wanted to stay longer and hope to return. Well equipped kitchen. Safe and peaceful area. Matteo always responded quickly to my questions.

Beautiful house, extremely attention to detail and very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook (coffee maker and coffee maker, juicer, basic products such as oil, salt and sugar, pots, pans, dishes, oven, dishwasher, glasses, cups). Very comfortable sofa, moving the pouf, you get a double bed. Netflix and other streaming services available. Spacious bathroom. To be really fussy: the shower tray does not drain perfectly, I would have preferred there were hookups for the towels near the sink, double pillows, it is a little uncomfortable that the light switches are external and I think yellow lights would be better than white ones. But the place is beautiful, quiet, the bathtub is magnificent and absolutely worth the price. Very simple check-in and super helpful and very kind hosts. Recommended!

It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

We were greeted by Agostino in a very friendly, friendly and caring way. The accommodation was very pleasant, charming and well-equipped. The bathroom is great but be careful the hot tub is actually the shower with massage functions, which is a little different but which remains very nice 😊 The accommodation is located in the heart of Dorgali but it is not always easy to park on the street. Friendly small shops around or within a 10 min walk. To do the shopping, a convenient CRAI convenience store is a stone's throw away but if you want to go to a larger store, you have to take the car for only a few minutes. I would highly recommend it!
