This house was wonderful and very cozy. It was exactly what I needed for my vacation. Annette was very hospitable to us and communicated very well, I'd absolutely recommend this place.

A truly stunning property! View overlooking Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton is one of a kind and definitely beat expectations. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Will be the first place we look next time we are in Hot Springs.

Really enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize it till we arrived, but we had stayed at this property 29 years ago. It has been nicely updated and was very clean. The boat launch and boat slips on the property were a plus as we were traveling with jet skis.

The location is right on the water, with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and her friends were there. They had a wonderful time. The owners were out of town but communicated well. Was proactive and very supportive in ensuring that everything went smoothly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud Nine! We went for a bachelorette trip and had such a relaxing time. Instructions were very clear and lots of amenities were provided. The roads leading up the mountain to the house were steep and curvy, so just beware of that when determining the vehicle you drive and how heavy your load is when packing it up. I read this in previous reviews and the description when I originally booked our stay, but it slipped my mind and our minivan did not have the best experience so we refrained from driving it during our stay if possible. We were a little shocked at how windy it was, but it honestly made for the perfect cooler temperatures! It is an older home, but the bathrooms were updated and i felt like it was very cozy overall. I would love to bring my family back to visit and experience the beautiful views at this home on Mt. Riante! It was definitely one of my favorite stays to date.

This house belonged to my grandparents for almost 60 years (1931-1988) and I was THRILLED to be able to return to it for a visit! I am even more THRILLED that Warren and Denise have created such an inviting, comfy home for people to enjoy!! I absolutely hope to return some day!!!
