House vacation rentals in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus Beach

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

I would like to congratulate Nadia for the house, and also to Miriam for the reception, attention and especially cordiality. It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. Everything worked very well. I recommend and intend to return soon.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

Our experience was excellent! Peter was super kind, careful and easy to communicate, always available to help. He showed us great places to visit in the city and also contributed valuable tips to organize a surprise party — a care that made all the difference. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos, very well cared for and with an excellent location, close to the market and pharmacy, which made our daily lives very easy. We were positively surprised and undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florianópolis!

Perfect house, we went with the family and we felt at home! Fully clean, organized house, clean bed linen, towels too! Uncleaned Pool, not to mention all household items and even appliances! We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! Thank you very much dear Fabiano, we hope to be back soon!!

Excellent! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do in the vicinity of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but despite this it is well located. I recommend it!

The house and the outdoor space are very cozy. Super complete kitchen, spices, everything you need. I felt at home after long days of work. Quiet neighborhood. Ademirval and his daughter Luisa were always very kind and helpful. Voltaria certainly, I recommend!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. The house is wonderful, better than the description says. All luxury, very comfortable for large groups, in a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Andrea's antención is excellent, marvellous cuisine and made us feel at home. We'll be back anyways! 10/10

Excellent property! Quiet place, very quiet, with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped house. It is about 250 meters from the beach, but with very easy access to it. Polite, helpful host. Anyway, a highly recommended place for those who want to rest and even more so for those with small children because, in my opinion, Daniela's beach is the quietest for the little ones.

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Great place to stay in a group! Quieter, more peaceful location and very cozy house. The hosts were very helpful! It is a more isolated region, where you need a car to get to other areas. But the beach is 5 minutes away and there are shops less than 2 km away as well.

i went with a group of friends and we liked the stay, several bedrooms and bathrooms, good mt shower, comfortable beds and great bedding. equipped kitchen and clean house. it is a great, comfortable and very well located house, I recommend mt to those in large groups because it has comfortable accommodation for everyone.
