My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Its close to River Cottage HQ, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. We welcome dogs and are happy to have them staying with a fee of 10 pounds per dog for the entire booking. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Pets on request.
