Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. It’s a great place for families, sportsmen, or business groups to stay. Rustic living with modern amenities. 5 minutes from Marysville, KS. Owner lives in a separate house on property. No pets or smoking/vaping. No service/training pets allowed. Owner has asthma and is allergic to dogs.
