We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

Superb check-in. Helped w/ transport and food our first night which was insightful to our needs and showed kindness.Very responsive. Beautiful, pristine home in beautiful surroundings. Thoughtful floor plan with all the amenities Wonderful community we enjoyed walking through to get to the bus stop.Loved our stay stay here.

Eventhough we don't speak the same language we were able to communicate easily with each other! Erika was very helpful!!

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Pierantonio's apartment was one of our favorite airbnb stays of all time. The view of the canal is beautiful, the apartment is away from the tourist area which creates a local/peaceful feel. There are great local restaurants, shops and other activities very close (such as Rialto Market, the public water transport). The check-in process was as easy as it gets, and communication was fast and friendly. It just doesn't get any better...we highly recommend!

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

We loved our stay here. Comfortable beds, spacious, windows overlooking busy canals. Location is fantastic, just steps from the square and everything we wanted! Highly recommend

Andrea is a wonderful host! He is present if you need him and he is always very helpful. The apartment was a great value for money and I recommend it.

This was our first trip to Venice and with a late flight, what truly stood out from the very beginning was how attentive and proactive our host (Erika) was. She met us at San Stae station after 9 PM and walked us to the apt. She took time to explain the apt and Venice and she provided many important suggestions e.g., restaurants, shops, local travel, and sights to see. The apt was immaculate and was well furnished. You can tell how much the owner / host care about their clients comfort and well being while in Venice! You will not be disappointed!

Roberto was a great host! He was responsive & gave us many recommendations on our first day! The studio apartment was very cute and extremely close to the bus stop, making it super easy to get into Venice. Loved the dog too!

Federico and Marina were excellent hosts. Federico picked us up where the boat stopped and personally gave us instructions. In addition, they left us delicious cookies and toast. We spent two days in Florence doing everything comfortably on foot.

Maddy was an excellent host. She gave some good recommendations and was very responsive. Her place is amazing! It’s not a far walk at all from some of the main tourist spots, but it is situated in a quiet neighborhood with very few tourists. In fact there is a grade school nearby and the day we arrived parents were picking their kids up from school, which gave it a very homey and comfortable feel. At the same time there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, bars, literally steps from the door. And not to mention the canal is right outside your window. I don’t think we could have found a hotel with this kind of view for anywhere near the cost. Thanks Maddy, we’ll be back!

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! Many thanks again for this.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, nicely decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time at her house.

It was a really nice stay at Fabienne's place. We felt very comfortable, the accommodation was very nicely prepared and super clean! Thanks to nice weather, we were even able to use the pool at the beginning of May. Venice is right around the corner and Fabienne gave us great tips on how to get to the city.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

Perfect apartment, in a very nice and clean farmhouse, with a large swimming pool, located near the mouth of the Piave, near the beaches of Jesolo Pineta and Lido. The property provides bicycles, necessary for getting around if you do not want to use the car. The nearest beach also has an area accessible to dogs.

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful house surrounded by nature. It’s private, well-kept, dog friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The host was super friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.
