Vacation rentals with a sauna in Budva

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

ma famille et moi avons beaucoup apprécié aimé notre séjour au Monténégro. L'endroit et la vue depuis la piscine était juste incroyable magnifique. Endroit propre très bien fréquenté. vraiment merci pour tout Robert ainsi que son assistante Desa très réactive polie agréable aimable. nous reviendrons des que l'occasion sera à nouveau.

Diane’s place was really beautiful, loved the view of the sea, it is quite hike we used our car to go down to the beach..

Logement au top : spacieux, propre, moderne, confortable avec une piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Kotor. Tout est bien pensé et fourni dans l’appartement avec une climatisation performante et discrète. Le logement est bien situé dans la baie de Kotor et la résidence est calme, avec peu de monde à la piscine. Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec présentation de l’appartement et remise des clés. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Отличные апартаменты. Мы жили 2 недели. И очень рады , что выбрали эту квартиру. В квартире все как на фото, даже лучше. 2 ванных комнаты. Диван в гостиной большой. Все работало. Есть Wi-Fi. Телевизор подключается через интернет. Посудомоечная и стиральная машины. Есть сушилка для белья с прищепками на балконе. Гладильная доска с утюгом. Посуды достаточно. Кровати широкие. Для 3-4 человек идеально. Есть подземная парковка. Мы были , когда было очень жарко. В квартире 3 кондиционера. Но нам хватало одного в гостиной включать на ночь. Электрические жалюзи на окнах. Полное затемнение. Очень жесткие матрасы. Но мы привыкли.Слив в одной ванной плохо работал. Мало парковочных мест возле дома. Дом находится немного на горе. Метров 300. Но мы пешком ни разу не ходили. На пляж и в рестораны ездили на машине. В Бечичи возле пляжа есть огромная парковка. Стоит 5 евро в день. Небольшой магазин 20 метров от дома.Очень рекомендую. Нам все понравилось. Продукты лучше покупать в сети VOLI.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Me and my fiance stayed at Sebastian's apartment for 2 months and we absolutely loved every day of our stay. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the images and the view/balcony is incredible. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and multiple other beaches in walking distance. Having the facilities included was amazing, we must have used the spa nearly every night during our stay. Communication from Sebastian and Angela was excellent throughout our stay and they provided a lot of recommendations for things to do. Can't say enough positive things! highly recommend.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Haus des Gastgebers, aber trotzdem haben wir uns privat gefühlt. Dmitry und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft war absolut topp, vielen Dank nochmals.

الفيلا مميزة و فخمة جدا و مصممة بطريقة رائعة و تملك اطلالات ساحرة على البحر اكل الغرف و يوجد فيها كل المميزات التي نريدها، قضينا انا و عائلتي وقتا جميلا و استمتعنا كثيرا ، المطاعم قريبة خمس دقائق بالسيارة وكذلك السوبر ماركت ،

Logement pour famille nombreuses ou avec des amis. Grand, et confortable avec la clim dans toutes les pièces même si mi octobre nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Bord de mer à 15mins à pied avec de bon genoux quand même ;o) Calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Prévoir de l'anti-moustique et aussi de nourrir les chats qui viennent rapidement nous caliner :o). Nombreux sites à visiter et restaurants sympas à 15mins en voitures.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
