Sean was very understanding, helpful and we only saw him when we checked in. Flat was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

thankyou Dave for being an amazing host. your house is absolutely stunning , spacious and perfect for hosting. we had 14 girls for a hen doo, the hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed , the gardens are beautiful , the house is just amazing !! we hosted a traitors night and the table is perfect for a big group but also loads of outside dining. we ran out of dishwasher tablets but a quick call to Dave and the issue was resolved . I'm really hoping to come back with some friends and partners soon. we also visited Dorset Adventure park which I also highly recommend. thankyou again everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in the lodges while visiting family in the area. Andrea was incredibly helpful from first communication and just the loveliest, most accomodating host. The lodges are idyllic and situated in lovely surroundings with nice walks. We will not hesitate to book again.

Lovely stay, great host !

We had a lovely stay. Debra was a great host. Our grandson absolutely loved exploring the garden and the views were amazing. Plenty of room in the house for all of us (4 adults, a teenager and two infants). Downstairs is a lovely sociable area and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to visit Bath and Longleat.

I cannot fault this home! We all kept commenting on how lovely it was during our stay! It was a lovely location for visiting Paulton's Park (the main reason for our visit to this part of the world) and we also went to Stourhead which was beautiful, but the house made family time so easy and enjoyable. In the lead-up to arriving, I contacted Victoria quite a few times with some questions and she couldn't have been more accomodating of my baby brain! Thank you! we've already recommended it to friends! x

A very central well equipped apartment with two good sized bedrooms. Clean and tidy and with everything you need for a great stay. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern with lots of little thoughtful touches to make our stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely return if I stayed in Bath again

We originally planned to stay in a hotel when visiting Bath but had a change of heart and I’m very glad we did. This place was amazing, very well equipped and incredibly comfortable it was a real treat to be able to relax here. Location for us was key as we love the area around Landsdowne Grove plus for getting in and out of Bath it’s ideal for us. Very friendly and helpful comms, you really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much, we utterly loved our stay.

It was an excellent stay. Place was super clean, and host was quite responsive. All amenities that one would find in a home were there. To top it off, there is an excellent collection of books for readers from all ages

Superb apartment. Very chic and under 5mins walk from the centre of Bath. Clean and there were eggs, milk and butter thoughtfully provided in the kitchen. It’s a basement flat so my only comment is that the stone steps are quite steep and might not be suitable for anyone unsure of their footing. That said, my wife is still recovering from a fractured foot and she was fine using the steps.

Mark was a great host, couldn’t of asked for anyone better. Easy going, easy to get on with and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was our first time taking our dog to an AirBnB, he was welcomed, made friends with Mark’s dogs and all our anxieties of taking our dog to an AirBnB vanished. Even though it was a pet friendly accommodation, you wouldn’t have known it, clean and odour free. Will defo go back if we are in the area again!

Katrina's place was very well equipped, very comfortable, the bed linen was lovely, and great pillows. Lots of local information was available. We could walk down into Bath centre in 15mins, it was great not to need the car and to be able to get to so many places within Bath. The walk back up the hill may be a stretch for some, but it wasn't a problem for us. The welcoming breakfast basket was very appreciated. Katrina communicated so clearly and informatively and was very helpful and accommodating. We so wish we could have met her in person. Would recommend her lovely apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Bath.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our group celebrating my birthday in Bristol. Location was great, just a short walk into the city centre. It’s spacious and the roof terrace was great. Loads of cups, glasses, crockery etc for the whole group which a great. Would stay again :)

Green Tor was perfect. The view is beautiful from the garden and bedroom. The kitchen and house has everything you need. All the house instructions were clearly explained and requested in the welcome folder. Thank you for the milk, toilet rolls and biscuits. Very tasteful decor. There is a porthole window in the bedroom which doesn’t have a blind over it, the only negative for us. Beautiful house, a home from home, thank you. Lyme Regis is just so so pretty, and the surrounding areas. The beaches are beautiful. The walk down and back up were totally ok for me but my partner wasn’t so keen! There’s loads of parking available just inside both sides of the town, most have some hill to walk up but not too far. Parking - everywhere is expensive though, so I’d have just walked up and down the hill! (£1.70+++ per hour). We parked at the police station car park a few times and the walk from there was lovely- via a stream to the Old (working) Mill- worth a visit, so pretty. Deffo go back!

We booked this last minute for a quick getaway and we will definitely return! Such a beautiful apartment with loads of outdoor space and the children’s bedroom was dreamy! They’ve requested the same lights at home! All the little touches were very much appreciated, thank you again Dave for being so wonderful :)

Great little place, perfect location, lovely waking up to and falling asleep to the sound of the river. Mike was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend

A perfect location for a quiet get away. The property was fantastic and the location stunning. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast on the BBQ watching the cows and pheasants go about their day. The hot tub was wonderful and private so we could relax. Instructions on how to get there were clear and the hosts didn't bother us, allowing us to disappear into the weekend as if we were at home 10/10
