Our stay at Kristina's was just perfect. We traveled as a couple with a dog and felt comfortable in the accommodation from the very first second. The contact was easy and hassle-free and very welcoming! The apartment is tastefully decorated and the fenced garden is a beautiful retreat to end the evening with a glass of wine. It was a wonderful short break for us and we will be happy to come back!

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment above the house of the extremely friendly and helpful Suzi and her family. We didn't miss anything. Large terrace where you can sit in the sun from morning to late afternoon. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with several large supermarkets within walking distance. The amphitheater is about a fifteen-minute walk. We would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone for short and longer stays.

My husband and I spent a week at Tina's apartment. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is great, super clean and nicely furnished. Highlight: the view!! A dream! Tina responds to messages super fast! An absolute recommendation!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Perfect location within walking distance of everything Quiet and immersed in a beautiful outdoor setting. The two terraces one in the front and one at the back of the house are spacious and areas perfect for eating out at all hours of the day. Clean and very spacious home Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen ( scotch, soaps, cooking necessities, condiments, etc.) Same in the bathroom with detergents and soaps. There was really nothing missing Fruit trees in the garden (we were able to eat the really good figs) Alida is very nice and super helpful We'll be back!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

The apartment was located in a quiet area. Tanja and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations
