It was exactly what we wanted, close to the sailing club and the beach Perfect for 2people, it was great to have tea and coffee available with fresh milk Would definitely like to return

This was our first break with our new puppy and older dog. The courtyard garden was perfect and totally dog safe. Lincoln and Louise made us so welcome and showed us around the property and recommended places to visit and go to eat. The property was stunning. Hand crafted and everything had been considered. The use of space was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of space for us to fit our large dog crate without feeling cramped. It smelt amazing and we didn't want to leave. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and made it extra special for our celebrations. Thank you again.

Our stay at Joanna’s house was wonderful. Very homely and peaceful. A well thought out Airbnb place.

Nice property very quiet yet everything within walking distance equidistant between the town centre & beach. We enjoyed some good takeaway meals and would especially recommend Joy’s Thai & The Golden Wok Chinese. Brightlingsea is very pretty with lots to do
