Beautiful Cottage and Gardens

RichardRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Skylark cottage is a beautiful place to stay. Everything new and modern with everything you could possibly need for a stay there. Kitchen was sparkling and the bedrooms were roomy with VERY comfortable beds! The bathrooms / shower rooms ( 3 of them!) were fantastic. And the garden was perfect for us and our 2 dogs who loved playing safely out there. Dilys was very helpful with text communications and Terry waited to let us in when we arrived. There were lots of leaflets with local walks and further afield activities- and a 10% off card for the local pub!!! The best Airbnb we have stayed in. Thank you for having us!!

We stayed in Figgy Cottage for a long weekend, whist meeting up with relatives - what a great place, very relaxing, dog-friendly house and garden, beautiful surroundings, lovely walks nearby (including one to the pub!). We had a fantastic time, hope to come back next year, many thanks John and Emma x

Jackdaw Barn

We had a great stay for our 3 night break to play golf at Bovey Castle. The Barn was super clean, well equipped, very modern feel to it. Has a fantastic shower including a wonderful roll top bath. Good location for shops and amenities. Would definitely hope to return.

"Self-contained rustic cabin with Hot Tub"

EllieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Claire and Simon’s secluded cabin. From the start, Claire was warm and welcoming, both in her communication and when greeting us on arrival. The cabin itself is even more charming in person—beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Every need was anticipated, and the little puzzle games and quirky collectibles tucked around the space added a fun, personal touch. Claire’s homemade bread was such a treat and absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed the beautiful recommended walk around the local area. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub which was ready for us on arrival and made the whole experience even more relaxing. Surrounded only by the peaceful sounds of nature, we left feeling completely rested and recharged. We can’t recommend this stay highly enough.

Secluded shepherd's huts with hot tub

DanielRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wonderful stay at an idyllic retreat! It was more like renting a private complex, with two extremely well appointed shepherd's huts, a delightful (and fun!) wood-fired hot tub, and a semi-outdoor area with barbecue and fire-pit, perfect for sitting and reading, playing games, or simply soaking up the atmosphere. All of this in a beautiful meadow, with total privacy - unless you count the curious cows in the neighbouring field, or the cute little wren nesting above the window in the outdoor area. Soizig was very friendly and welcoming, and Tony cheerfully restocked our wood supply on request. This place was absolutely perfect for us, and we will return as soon as we can.

Little Moor Barn - Luxury in the Heart of Dartmoor

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Issy and Murray were fantastic hosts. The cottage was absolutely stunning. It was so clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Issy and Murray were extremely welcoming. They were there to show us around and make sure we knew where everything was and how things worked. Nothing was too much for them. The cottage itself is in an amazing location. Perfect for walking on Dartmoor. The views were breathtaking from the cottage. It was very spacious and felt very luxurious. It is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. In fact we booked again while we were still staying there. Thank you Issy and Murray for an amazing break.
