We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect way to spend a night in Te Anau. The home was spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely cosy. Would have loved to stay longer, so many options of games for a quiet night in, and walkable to dinner options. We would definitely stay again.

Nice house conveniently located near the lake and at walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Te Anau. We liked the huge green park opposite the house where we played rugby with our sons! Wendy is friendly and helpful to give advices and make your stay going very smoothly! It is the proper place to stay and relax before and/or after the trip to the Milford Sounds.

Had a great time. Lots of space and good living area to hang out. Kitchen was great and it was great having a few bathrooms with our family group. The location of this home in Kingston is just breathtaking. The lake, the mountains, the quaint little town -- all of it is perfect. It is a 45-ish minute drive from Queenstown, but that was a plus for us as we had day trips planned to Milford Sound and Invercargill. Plus, the drive to Queenstown is so beautiful. The house was very clean and cozy. We made ample use of the washing machine (which conveniently has a dryer option as well). I would highly recommend a stay at Ian's.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Te Anau and Milford Sound. The house was a great place from which to base our day trips. The closeness to Lake Te Anau was a plus. We had beautiful vistas all day long. The walking path next to the lake was so inviting and fun for the kids. The house was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 7. Don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb for your trip to Te Anau and Milford Sound.
