The South West Coastal Path, Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows (the largest sand dune system in England) are all a short stroll away. The bar, swimming pool and spa are open from 4th April 2025 until the end of October. Pool opening hours are: Mon - Fri 15:00 - 18:00. Weekends, Bank holidays and school holidays 10:00 - 18:00. Please check on site for bar opening times. Just 4 miles from Bude, this is the perfect location from which to go exploring the delights of Cornwall.

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
