This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

Very pleasant place to stay, good shower, spacious living space. bedrooms really comfortable. Lovely views down to the beach/bay and really helpful to have parking right outside for two cars. All in all very pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend

Wow! This is just what we needed for our break away. The views are just beautiful. You can absorb the sights and sounds of the waves from the balcony, lounge & kitchen & the beach is only a few minutes walk away and it's a must to visit each morning. The most magical way to start the day! The apt was very clean throughout and well equipped. It was spacious, light & airy & the furniture & bed was extremely comfy. Victoria was so friendly, kind and on hand if we needed anything, but everything was perfect for our stay. Nearby Braunton is a great little town with a great variety of shops and fish & chips from Squires is a must during your stay! The best we've had & their curry sauce is next level! We wouldn't hesitate to return & I'm already hankering after another stay for those phenomenonal sea views

What an amazing place to stay. The garden opens out on to the most wonderful park and is just lovely. The flat was absolutely perfect in every way and we loved our stay. It had everything you would need and more and was spotless. Adrian was so helpful, meeting us at the flat and opening it up for us and showing me how everything worked. What a gold star find and we most definitely would love to come back if we are in Exeter again. Huge thanks to Adrian and Lizzie for everything:)

This place was perfect for my month accommodation for university placement. It was stocked with cleaning supplies and also long life cooking supplies that previous people had left so you don’t have to buy all your supplies like normal. The bathroom is huge and the parking great for a small car. They also bought an extension cable to accommodate the need for my ps5. Only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors footsteps were pretty loud at night. Not sure there is much that could be done to stop that. Thanks for a great stay.

Carol's place was so.perfect from the beautiful sea views to the garden where we sat early evening We also enjoyed a lovely meal at The Ship Aground pub we walked to Woolacombe and bussed back A perfect break Thanks Carol

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Great service provided by the host, quick to reply to any messages you send. Would definitely visit again. My kids are already asking when can we go back. Big thank you to the host Denise!!

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

We arrived at a lovely apartment which was well maintained and comfortable and catered to all our needs. It was easily accessible as well as a nearby parking space available. A lovely touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations to make us feel welcome. Fiona is an excellent host and informative and very helpful. We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a seaside vacation and also the Thatched Inn nearby for a welcoming pint and a lovely meal.

Excellent location if visiting Exeter. Enjoyed being able to walk to Train Stations, shopping and restaurants. Excellent location for visiting the region. All amenities needed are provided and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch.

As described - light, spacious... Lovely and clean and neat. Convenient parking in the street - and then we just walked everywhere! Walking distance to cathedral, quayside, university, Waitrose etc

We had a lovely few days , despite some pretty stormy weather . The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The views from the window is beautiful looking across to the beach. We had quite a cool day and popped the heating on for an hour , it was super efficient , we only needed half an hour ! Access and departure is easy via the keysafe. Nicola and Peter are great hosts and it was lovely to meet them. Hope to return soon .

Loved our stay. Beautiful apartment, absolutely spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Loved the area it was in- walkable distance from the High Street in Minehead yet very peaceful with great walks from the doorstep through streets of beautiful houses and amazing views. Was visiting our daughter and didn’t realise Minehead was such a nice town with beautiful places such as Lynmouth and Porlock pretty near. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Exceptional. Only way to describe our stay. Beautiful location; not just neat and clean but with every small detail thought of. From a small bottle of milk to a lovely wine, and a good selection of glasses it was all rather nicely done. Don’t miss the hot tub. Don’t let the pre arrival Terms & Conditions and fines worry you much.. staff we interacted with were excellent - both on-site and online.

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the views were delightful. the children enjoyed playing in the games room, meeting the animals and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were kind, friendly and engaging and made our stay a delight.

Lovely area of the country

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location… We just spent the week here in apartment number one on the ground floor and it was fabulous. We travelled with our three-year-old son and his bedroom was perfect for him. The master bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very well appointed ensuite bathroom. The outside area was a real bonus and the hot tub was a fantastic addition, and very thoughtful of the host to ensure that it was cleaned and maintained before we arrived and whilst we were there mid week. We have been visiting Croyde for years now and we have kissed a few frogs in the past but this apartment definitely deserves its five star review. It is head and shoulders above other places that we have stayed at in the past and offers everything that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We have already booked for next year!

We had a lovely stay at The Egg Shed for my partners 40th- the place was cozy, comfy, very clean and as described. Fantastic hotub too, and a gift left for the birthday! Would highly recommend! Thank you.
