Vacation rentals with beach access in Bradenton Beach

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

This was a great place for us to stay on Clearwater Beach! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and it was very easy to find. It was clean and perfect for our quick stay

THE SALT LIFE was the perfect place for our stay in Clearwater Beach! The property is absolutely adorable and gives off a great beach vibe. Of course it goes without saying that it is spotless and has all the required amenities as well. The location is amazing with beach access just outside the property entrance, and it is easy walking distance to tons of great restaurants and shops. Very highly recommended!

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

This beautiful, spacious condo is located right on the beach with a large, wrap-around balcony. The rooms are large and feature all the amenities you could want, including comfortable beds, roomy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Zac stayed in touch, giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We'd recommend this unit for an enjoyable beach getaway!

Our family had a great stay! We definitely will be back. It was walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and extremely clean home - was such a great place to vacation. Pretty pool area and steps to the beach. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

This was a great, peaceful location! The house was clean and coordinating with Jimmy was easy!

We could not be any happier with the property we stayed in. The pictures were exactly how it looks in person....a little oasis in the midst of everything else building up around it. We were able to watch the dolphins in the early morning and see amazing sunsets in the evening without having to leave the back porch. Beach access is right out the back door. The (4) bedrooms and (2) family rooms were perfect for us to have plenty of space for everyone and not feel crowded. The 4th bedroom is in a completely separate study style apartment, very nice perk. Emperor Rentals was very attentive with answering any questions we had, all hours of the day. We hope to return at a future date.

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

This is a dream of a vacation house in a great area! Right next to the beach, yet private and peaceful. Its is surrounded by good few restaurants, walking distance. The house, kitchen and bathroom, were super clean and had everything we needed. Totally recommended!!! Thank you Vanessa for being so kind and on call all the time!

First off this is a hidden Gem of a place and I can’t wait to go back ! Kevin was great with responding and gave great suggestions on where everything was. It was a delight to know we were only steps away from the beach. Thank you for everything great place and wonderful owner. Again thank you !

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do the view justice. Being able to walk directly onto the beach was amazing! the sunsets were absolutely stunning!

Awesome stay, really better than I expected for the price over the new year. Jorge was great host. Very responsive to questions, but frankly only had a few because he provided all relevant info ahead of time.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Love this condo right on the beach! Peter is the best and a great host. Great communication. The condo itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. We really appreciate being able to rent this fantastic place. The sunsets and views are amazing!

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Loved it being so close to John’s Pass and the Cantina. The balcony over looking the harbor was a great place to watch fish and we even spotted some dolphins!

The condo was a great place for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The location was great for walking to eat in Indian Rocks Beach. The place was clean on the inside. The view was fantastic! The beach was pristine. The beds were comfy. The hosts responded quickly when we had questions. The bathroom doors are slatted not solid - worth being aware of in my opinion. That’s a little awkward. The elevator key didn’t work. We could easily use the stairs but we tracked in a ton of sand that way since there wasn’t an inside floor mat, only the one on the patio that collected salt spray and sand from the gulf. The stairwell was filthy with dead bugs and cobwebs. If you have a large vehicle and it’s a busy time, you may struggle in the parking area. Luckily there weren’t many people during our stay.
