Monthly Rentals in Bow Mar

We stayed here for 3 months after moving to Denver. Sarah's place was equipped with everything we needed for long term, including things like kitchen ware, laundry items, various linens, etc. The shower is standard but very nice and the laundry works well. The neighborhood and area is great and safe to walk in, with many restaurants and necessities less than 5 minutes' drive away. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one vehicle. The heat in the apartment is radiative, and the AC is one wall unit and one standing unit, and the building tends to keep the apartment warm. The next door neighbor is quiet and has a very cute dog, and there is no one below, above, behind, or on the other side of the apartment. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. Sarah is very communicative and helpful, and there is a cleaning service provided monthly. Overall this was a very good apartment for two people to stay in, and I would recommend it as a long term rental.

This was what we were looking for -- convenient to our friend's home. Two couples would be comfortable here if you don't mind sharing a shower. We took advantage of the fire pit which was nice to share. Also enjoyed the large projection TV you can use with any of your streaming services. This place is older with a lot of character. Along with all the cute things about an older house, there are some quirks. The doors stick a little and you have to climb into a claw foot tub to take a shower. That might make it a bit less accessible for some, but the character of the home more than makes up for it IMO. It's off a busy street, but in a very safe new neighborhood. There were some times of day where it was difficult to turn left, but for the most part, pretty convenient. I would stay here again.

Nancy and her family were amazing hosts. Great experience overall. She helped extend our stay even when I was unsure and last minute. Anything I needed help with she always helped as well as recommended great things to do around the area.

The Host provided an idyllic place to stay. Quiet, cozy, easy to access and clean.
