We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Our Loft (20 steps up to be exact) boasts an updated interior featuring Wifi, USB charging outlets even a Bluetooth bathroom! Lower level of our house - it has spacious and quaint accommodations for a reasonable rate. Included: Continental Breakfast, kitchen, great room & patio. Guest rooms on lower level: 2 bedrooms - can be rented individually or as a 2 bdrm apartment (pricing varies based on events - min $75 ea bdrm).
