This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

I will give 10 stars to the lovely place . Adrien is a wonderful host , always helpful. The place is beautiful, clean, with all cooking essentials. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets were provided too. Loved sitting in the balcony, watching the sea . Easy to commute to the airport and the city centre with the tram station a few steps away, even with our large bags. Grocery stores are nearby. It was fun to walk on the promenade. And an important facility for visitors with large bags , there’s a nice big modern elevator. I will recommend this place.

Have just enjoyed an extended six week stay in this beautifully furnished, well equipped, very comfortable apartment in a quiet street, very near to the port. Valerie and David are very welcoming and helpful hosts, and the location in the Port area is excellent, with very easy access to regional trains, buses and the tram line. There is a range of good cafes and restaurants in the area, with a very good supermarket and boulangerie nearby. Highly recommended.

Second time here and just as excited! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well positioned, close to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. The welcoming and attentive host makes everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

We were going to see family in Beausoleil. Peel was our foothold. We would have liked to have taken more time in this beautiful village and its area. Nice discovery
