The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Marco was always digitally quickly accessible and helpful. House is as described, well equipped and close to the sea - it is actually only 500 meters, but also about 50 meters of altitude, which makes it quite strenuous on foot and with the Rd. The area was already very low season at the beginning of October - during the week practically nothing is open, which is why I would rather drive to a slightly busier area at the time, because you needed the car for every shopping, restaurant or even cafe visit and the access to the house was always a bit tedious. In summer but certainly great there with lots of beaches nearby! We also loved the Adriatic road, which we enjoyed in both directions.

For us, the place was perfect, the kids were happy about the fast Wi-Fi. Perfect location and everything is within walking distance - bakery, grocery store, very fine gelateria and various restaurants. Key handover worked out great, even though it was a holiday in Italy.

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.

At Paola's it's like being at home❤️ Quality and kindness. Paola helped us in our time of need. Kind and super helpful. Very nice and very well furnished house with everything you need to spend your holidays. The breakfast pastries were a treat, Paola you have a future as a pastry chef! Thank you❤️

Great location, very close to the historic town but quiet and silent at night. Beautiful sea view from the terrace.

In other words, how to be in the family. Lovely place, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, with the sea just a few minutes by car. Apartment equipped with all comforts; Outside there is a nice relaxation area under a pepper tree. Graziella and Angelo are super hospitable and youthful, available for anything you need. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back next year.

You need a car to get around, but it's not a big deal because traffic doesn't really exist and the roads are good Accommodation: beautiful, country house restored to perfection with taste and modern and functional materials. Very fresh even with the strong heat outside. Really cozy and functional. All new and in perfect condition Host: Carmina Sabina is an extremely hospitable, courteous and helpful person. Very present but at the same time respectful of the privacy of her guests. Her advice on local activities is also valuable. Good person and really super recommended
